The swimming pools are gorgeous the included buffet breakfast is amazing. We were blown away with the choice of meals at the buffet breakfast.

The elevators are way too far from the check in desk it feels like you have to walk about 1 km to get there. They did not explain how to use the elevator apparently you have to use your room key to activate the elevator. The description on the FAQ page about the breakfast is wrong it states breakfast options as 1)continental or 2) Buffet this is confusing as an amazing buffet breakfast is included no continental option that I could see or would want anyway.

Our first stay was 13 years ago when the Grand was newly built. After all these years, not much has changed in terms of interiors, quality and services. Swimming pools are superb, restaurants and bars are great, plenty of activities and entertainments to keep you busy during your stay. They offer free shuttle bus service from and to Saigon, which is super convenient.

Hotel’s staff is friendly and attentive, however, I caught them chatting using unprofessional and casual language on multiple occasions. Please be aware of this and do not assume hotel’s guests do not understand you.

Four pools for kids, from wich one with water games and one with a wide water slide. Three large pools for adults. Various food, fresh juices and coffee during breakfast.

The kids pool with water slide was closed half of our 3 days stay. The indoor kids area is not for free, I paid but nobody stayed next to my kids. Also the toys here were perfect for infants only, not for kids aged 4 to 12 as I saw at the entrance.

Nice room, many activities, many swimming pools and then restaurants and bars for the evening. Lots to keep people entertained. Shuttle bus from Saigon

Cost of meals Smoking in certain floors and areas like Casino, Nightclub and other areas. You can smell smoke in many areas of hotel. Why is hotel risking health of start and patrons for the sake of a few grubby gamblers who want to double or nothing their mountains of cash? Hotel orientated very much at the Chinese gamblers and locals are excluded. Why are the ladies in the very revealing clothes paraded out the front of the Roxy nightclub in the main lobby??? We can only guess as one such obvious activity is not allowed under the law...

Very clean with grand decor. Luxurious clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff and awesome pool and beach. Free use of pool tables in Fuel and Grand Bistro. Gym has everything you need.

Very quiet with little to no atmosphere (maybe time of year and weekday). Virtual golf, bowling and drinks cost same as home. Golf at the Bluffs is expensive for non-golfers, $350 for hire of clubs/buggy and 9 holes.

We loved the entire place. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the whole facility is very clean and well maintained, the food from all the restaurants were amazing! The setup of the strip is perfect for family as you can have everything at one place-there are multiple of pools, beach, arcade center, cinema, food court restaurants, spa, bar, club and casino

All the options for kids, the facilities and the staff were all fantastic! One stop shop to relax and have options to keep the kids busy! There's a movie theatre inside along side a bowling alley and arcade and 10 different pools to choose from with a beautiful view. The view from the room was amazing with an early morning sunrise!

Great staffs, very professional and pleasant. From the checkin until the checkout, everything were perfect.

Food in the hotel/casino is overpriced. Around 2 times more expensive than outside. Can not open the window in the hotel rooms

The facilities were great. Location was beautiful, the only let down was the staff. MOST were amazing, but definitely some rude, abrupt, maybe even racist staff. Very disappointing in this regard and should be taken into account before booking.... Would only recommend 1-2 nights maximum.
