We booked a two bedroom appointment but it wasn't what we expected. We upgraded to a villa and we were all so happy with it. It was luxurious, spacious and well designed. The kids enjoy playing at the pool and cycling around the resort everyday. They Resort had variety of sports which both kids and adult enjoy. Like arching, table tennis and cinema.

As its a resorts and we are surrounded by nature. We saw lots of Lizard which the kids were scared from, as they have t seenthis before. But that normal for the location.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were swept into a world of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. The all-inclusive experience was truly seamless—every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a stress-free and indulgent escape. Accommodation: Our villa was a modern sanctuary—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with a private pool and ocean views that took our breath away every morning. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the daily turndown service added a lovely touch. Dining: The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary. All of our meals were a celebration of flavour and freshness. The chefs were accommodating of dietary needs, and the variety ensured we were always excited for the next meal. Service: What truly set this resort apart was the staff. Every team member—from the concierge to the gardeners—greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile. They remembered our preferences and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pools and spa: The two resort pools and our own private pool were an absolute highlight. The level pool was exquisite and was so relaxed - it was just the perfect finish to a month travelling around Vietnam. Finally I must mention the spa – my facial and massage was Devine.

Outside of the resort there is not much to do or see in Ho Tram. But I should stress you can easily spend 3 or 4 days onsite. The resort cleaned the beach daily but it broke my heart to see all of the rubbish 1KM away. Also the traffic to get there was horrific on a Friday 3,5 hours to travel 90KM.

This hotel is so beautiful. The grounds are spacious and meticulously maintained. Our villa was roomy, cosy, and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options - from sushi and Pho to more Western breakfast options (like pastries and freshly made omelettes). The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We want to particularly thank Quynh for her attentiveness. Overall, we loved it and recommend it highly!

One small detail to keep in mind is that this resort is situated quite a distance from the city, meaning there are limited activities available outside of the resort. So if you want to party, I would choose something different. However, if you just want to relax near the beach (which was what we wanted), it's perfect. The sea—if you, like me, love swimming—is clean and warm, but it is perhaps not as clear due to the waves. That said, we still absolutely loved our stay :)

The accommodation was amazing and loved having access to Level Up facilities.Resort facilities were beautiful and maintained to a very high standard.

Poor customer service from some of the staff. Unclear what you could have on half board. Lack of choice of food at two restaurants on half board (unless you paid extra). Was unable to get dinner reservations on two occasions. Cost - speaking with other guests, we paid above what they had paid for all-inclusive. Resort is in the middle of nowhere, and local town residents don't welcome visitors.

I can’t find fault with this place and I’m a seasoned traveller! In one of restaurants the food I ordered was not good, meat was so tough, couldn’t cut through it. The restaurant offered to change the order with no problem. Drinks and food were a bit expensive but you expect it in such a place. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety for anyone’s taste. I loved sun beds and hammocksunder the palms on the beach, it was so pleasant to lounge in the natural shade and watch the ocean nearby. The pool was fantastic: large, clean, overlooking the sea. The suite was very large, spacious and very clean. Beds were comfy. We had a fantastic time.

Apart from an incident with tough meat, all the rest was pretty much perfect.

Breakfast was very good with many options available and also you could find enough variety for lunch and dinner for a week's stay. Location is very quite and outside the resort there was basically nothing to visit or see. The nearby Hamptons Pier, which we visited one time, was basically a deserted business/restaurant complex.

Coffee machine was undersized especially during rush hours and many times it took some time before someone from the staff looked after it to make sure it worked properly. It was also unfortunate that the Japanese restaurant was only open for lunch, not dinner.

This is the second time we have stayed here as a family (we stayed last October) That in itself should speak volumes on how much we enjoy staying at this resort. My kids love this resort; the pool area, the beach, the zoo, the marshmallows on the beach, they outdoor movies and games areas make a world of difference! We live in HCMC so it's a great getaway for us from the city.

It was a national holiday over in Vietnam, so it was fully booked which meant that you needed to book your restaurant for dinner in advance. The bike that you can borrow is a bit old and sad, needs updating.

Very nice hotel located on a beautiful quiet beach. Good room with comfortable bed and good air conditioning controls. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire hotel. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had. And great restaurants for dinner as well. The garden and facilities are very well maintained. They spray against mosquitoes, so we had no mosquito problems. At the Hampton pier (outside the hotel; 10 min walk), there are a few shops and restaurants. Good massage facilities. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would book again.

This resort has many complementary activities. We stayed 4 nights and didn't feel like we ran out of things to do. Nothing really close by but a 15-20min taxi ride will take you into a small town . Staff are super helpful and getting around the resort was a breeze with the efficient buggy service. The grounds are very well kept. Very thoughtful lemongrass scents around the entire place to repel mosquitoes. Breakfast selection was good with a new daily soup everyday. The kids really enjoyed watching the gardeners picking the coconuts from the trees everyday.

Food was great however the service at the restaurants is abit disorganised. Took us a couple hours to get our dinner one night and over 3 hours for the table next to us. On another occasion no one took our order for an hour.

Everything was amazing. The staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived, with Joyce resolving a significant issue with our booking caused when booking.com changed an element of our booking (that could have cost us a lot of money). From there, everything was a dream. From Spring chatting to us at the pool and booking us into activities, to the cooking course with Hao and cocktail course with Sky. We loved the food, the facilities and the overall vibe. It was an incredibly relaxing holiday. Highly recommend the all inclusive experience.
