Staff were really exceptional, regularly and thoughtfully offering assistance and services without having to be asked. Hotel is beautiful and the family room we stayed in was very large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet food was amazing and the restaurant and Cafe food and drinks ranged from good to excellent. When the tide was out and the beach was open for swimming it was great. The pool was good and there is a large kid's pool with a slide that my 7 year old really enjoyed.

The beach had a red flag a couple of times we wanted to swim in the ocean (that might be seasonal thoughl) and the sea comes in quite high at high tide leaving only the hotel's modest beach area open. It is anywhere from 500 meters to a kilometer walk to find a store of any kind and the hotel would really benefit from having a small store on premise. The TV in our living room area was a little on the small side for 2025.

It's a nice, simple hotel with some pleasant touches, such as the daily cooking class. Drinks and food are very reasonable and the family suite is an excellent size. I should caveat that there is obviously large-scale construction going on next door, but as it was just after Tet, we were lucky that this had not yet resumed. Breakfast was good and the staff were accomodating and polite.

A few more activities for kids would be appreciated and it would be better if the bikes or electric vehicles could be taken off site as the nearby town is worth a visit but not really safe to wak to with kids.

The grounds are nice, and the hotel seems very new and well-kept. In particular, the hotel's service staff is very enthusiastic and explains the facilities and services of the hotel very carefully.

Adult guests staying over still find it somewhat dull. We hope to have a variety of games available for our guests on weekdays.

Clean rooms and facilities. I usually like to checkout the public restrooms at the lobby to see how hotel manages public areas. Swimming pools and beaches are nice. Clean beaches compared to others. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

We booked Deluxe Junior Suite but someone messed up our booking and wrongly put us in Deluxe Double hence we had to waited 45mins for housekeeping to prepare our room. The checkin and checkout times were our main concern. Checkin time is late 15:00 which we would have lost almost half a day for commuting and waiting, checkout time is 11:00 which also quite early for anyone to fully enjoy a vacation’s morning. Because of the 11:00am curfew, we would have planned a quick morning beach walk, then a quick pool dipping then hurry to shower for breakfast, then 10:00am high speed packing for checkout. All of these expeditions would have made us less enjoy the hotel, luckily due to the incident of incorrect room booking, the receptionist assisted us for late checkout the next day at 13:00.

Out first experience here. The place is clean, comfortable, and spacious room. We had a wonderful, relaxing time here. The staff was amazing and especially kind and helpful in setting up a small dinner table for my wife, daughter, and I to celebrate my wife's birthday. The staff set up the dinner table beautifully with lights and decorations. We had delicious lobster sashimi and oysters as main course. We were also delighted to receive a free glass of wine and a birthday cake from the resort. Thank you Mr. Cuong for the wine and cake, Mr. Quoc for the fantastic service, and Mr. Duoc for the amazing food during our dinner, lunches, and breakfast buffet. You all treated us well. Thank you very much. We will return!

Amazing facilities on Villa, the private pool and the large bath tub, meal price is also very affordable if you book for lunch and dinner. The staff is really friendly even on a busy National holiday.

The housekeeper changed the towels but didn't clean the bathtub properly, we're a bit sad about it. We've been to many other 4-5 stars Villas before, we suggest the Resort should put some natural fragrance on the toilet, to make it more comfortable and cosy when guests stay on Villa.

The staff were super friendly, including receptionists bellboys and waiters. The room was spacious for 2 people and everything was clean. Garden view room has really nice view to the swimming pool. The swimming pool was well maintained and the overall appearance of the resort was decent. Definitely will come back next time.

Less options for breakfast on Monday, but it's okay because I find everything I need. Some construction work were ongoing but the noise was not so disturbing.

Really ....better is impossible...reason: very clean amazing rooms with awesome view. Into the lobby ....there is nice smell , all clean and outside all great maintained. Really 10.0 points... Breakfast almoust perfect too. A lot of choice. Very great was that manager from that hotel ....she offered us for free food from the menue cuz the breakfast buffet was closed ( less guests). Really better service I ve never seen. Go on!!!!

Its really not good that such amazing hotel hire some service people who cant speak any English. :+( some more bad points: Nothing

A somewhat new addition to Ho Tram, so everything is clean and fresh. Nice facilities, restaurant, pool. Staff is very nice. Good stretch of beach in front of the property.

There's nothing to dislike, although I do like staying in resorts that have lodging right on the beach. There are villas right on the beach here, but the main building is back off the beach. Can still see the sea, hear it at night, so it's fine. This is the style of many places in this area anyway, so it's fine.

Very nice Resort. Its not big, but that is also its charm. I has all the things you would expect from a resort but everything is in a nice walking distance. The Pool area is nice, the breakfast was good. The beach was perfect to make beautiful sunset pictures and was clean. The villa's are huge. All the rooms are super big and the garden is nicely landscaped with a river in between with fish. I would definitely come back as it is very affordable unlike other resorts in the HO TRAM area.

when you turn on the lights in the vila's be sure to turn them on twice so that you get the yellow light instead of the ugly white lights.
