We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The food was consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options to enjoy. The seafood, in particular, stood out—the lobsters and crabs were fresh and flavorful, with the Singapore Chilli Crab being an absolute highlight of our dining experience. Beyond the food, what truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. A special word of thanks goes to Matthew, who went above and beyond to take care of us. His thoughtfulness and dedication made a real difference, and we are grateful for the outstanding service he provided. Overall, this combination of great food, warm hospitality, and excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The resort is located a bit far from Ho Chi Minh airport, but this was more than compensated by the hotel staff, who thoughtfully arranged transportation for us. Their attention to detail made the journey stress-free and set the tone for a very comfortable stay.

We spent New Year's Eve at Carmelina Resort, and honestly, we had a fantastic time. The staff were always smiling and super friendly, greeting us every time we passed by, which really made us feel at home. :) The resort itself is beautiful, with so much green space around. We loved the saltwater pool, it was great to swim in every day and felt so healthy. The beach was lovely, too, even though the weather wasn’t super sunny. It was actually a nice break from the heat of HCMC, with the cooler air and breeze. The food was really tasty and priced reasonably, and the rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. We can tell the team takes great care in making sure everything’s in top shape. 🙏🏻 We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back with our family next time. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Very charming resort layout on the beach among beautifully kept grounds. Much better than it looks in the photos actually. Several pools, with one overlooking the ocean and with ocean water. Restaurant overlooking pool and ocean. Spacious rooms, good food for all meals and great staff. Beach was good. Lots of activities for kids in the pool playgrounds and indoor playground. Would definitely come back!

We had a few ants in the room who came if we had food out, but as soon as we cleared the food they went away by themselves.

Our recent stay at the hotel was pleasant, marked by its beautiful surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's grounds are well-kept, offering a tranquil retreat. Staff members were attentive and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel offers a variety of amenities that contributed to a comfortable stay. However, we suggest an improvement regarding access to drinking water. As tap water isn't drinkable and buying bottled water can be inconvenient, providing guests with easier access to fresh water would be a significant enhancement to their comfort and overall experience.

Excellent staff and very helpful. We enjoyed the 3 pool areas as well. There was plenty of things to for kids. They hosted a movie night each day we were there. Visitors could view rabbits, paint ceramics for a fair price, play soft archery and even feed the fish. The property was gorgeous with a multitude of orchids, plants and water/ fish ponds. It was lovely to walk around at night too. Overall great fit for our family.

The beach was nice but the tide did not allow for a beach after about 9 am. I would suggest to bring food items for snacking as we didn’t find these types of foods on the property

Loved the hotel and its territory. My daughter had a blast at the playground as well as in the pools. Breakfast was very good - lots of options every day. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and had helped us a lot during the stay.

Probably we were not lucky with our choices but what we've ordered at the restaurant when we went for a dinner a couple of times was not to our expectation (seafood was overcooked to our liking). Hard to find a place to have a bite outside the resort.

The overall atmosphere is very friendly and full with greenery. The facilities are acceptable. The exceptional experience is the main pool located at the Restaurant - with actual sea water. It’s an awesome place to take your kids for a weekend away - good location and it does not take long to drive to the nearest entertainment area. One of the staff - Nhan, he has been super duper helpful with assisting my Mum because she has her ankle broken before coming, and he has made her stay a true joy. Thank you!

Very clean, beautiful gardens and options of 3 seperate pools. The splash park was excellent for our 5 and 8 year old children. The resort was extremely clean and the staff were wonderful.

So many things to do for kids. We went during the holiday time so there were also extra games. All the staff members are so nice. It was our second stay here.

A little outdated but nothing to really complain about!

Breakfast options were great! The resort was very peaceful and we enjoyed the ponds throughout the property. This resort is very family oriented (for young children), but it is just a short taxi ride to bars and restaurants.

Disappointed that the staff at the spa spoke no English at all so it was very difficult to communicate.
