Our family vacation was a complete success thanks to the hotel! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We especially appreciated the hotel's child-friendliness. The option to get adjacent rooms was perfect for us.

The only downside was that the breakfast hours on Sundays and holidays did not match the information online and in the app

The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and well-equipped, including a kettle and a fridge, which made the stay even more comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke Polish.

We found a kettle, 2 chairs and a small fridge. It was equipped with everything making it an pleasant stay Wi-Fi speed was good and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It would have been better with a fan or other means to circulate the air.

Very friendly and helpful service - particularly the receptionist who checked us in was so friendly. Our rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was not particularly varied but it was enough. Very good value for money.

Unlucky restaurant was closed, but we ordered food from a nearby restaurant. Why take 1Euro parking fee, better only put up price for rooms. Little noise outside, but it was Saturday so...

+reception, nice staff, free coffee in the lobby since we left before breakfast, very large room, clean. Baby cot was already in the room, even though we booked the rooms only hour before arrival.

- tobacco smell in the rooms was almost unbearable, as we arrived late, we were to tired to ask for different rooms. We had to sleep with an open window, are therefore hearing traffic noise, guests comming back outside. -no air conditioner in room.

-it is necessary to repair part of the floor (laminate) in the room for the disabled and not seal the gap with red&white signal tape ))) -it is 3 flags with hotel logo at the entrance side - when it is windy they are quite noisy.
