We had such a great experience, in Hotel Casablanca last year, that we stayed here again, on this trip, and was pleasantly surprised to see Diana there to greet us. She provided us with the best service, with a beautiful smile on her face, and everyone there is very friendly and helpful, as well. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable and the A/C works great! The breakfast was delicious and there's nothing that I can think of that was lacking. Looking forward to staying here again, upon our return.

The only thing that we asked for, that they didn't have, was an iron that we could borrow, since they use industrial ones, but they were able to Iron our clothes for us and bring them back within a short time, for a small fee.

The location was great! Right in front of the beach, and close to the shops and restaurants. The staff were extra friendly, very welcoming, and all willing to help. During our vacation, we lost an Apple Watch at one of the tourist beaches (not at the hotel). We located the watch, but as tourists, decided to ask the hotel staff for opinions and help. The staff were all very helpful, calling the police and helping us get the help we required. In the end, we were able to find and retrieve the watch, all with the help of the hotel staff and police assistance!

We stayed in one of the lodges in front of the pool. There was a water leakage from one of the sinks in our room. They came to try and fix the problem, but it didn’t get fixed. We had to cope with very wet and slippery floors ( laying bath towels on the floors) throughout our stay. Internet is very week inside the lodges, and it doesn’t reach some of the areas of the room.

Spacious and incredibly comfortable bed in my room. The sheets were changed daily, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere,double-glazed windows that effectively kept the noise outside at bay. It created a serene and peaceful ambiance inside, allowing for a restful night's sleep and a quiet retreat from the bustling surroundings,the breakfast – it was nothing short of amazing! The variety of options and the quality of the food made mornings a delightful experienceand by the b.each

Outdated fixtures, the price tag associated with the stay seemed disproportionately high considering the condition of the room.

Loved the location. Easy to walk to several of my excursions and right beside the beach.

Some of the staff felt very put out that I didn't speak Spanish. I've been in Colombia for over a week and this was the first time I dealt with unfriendliness.

Perfect location right on the best beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The windows blocked out the noise from the beach very well. The AC is strong and the WiFi reliable. The service is excellent. The breakfast is excellent and fresh - great baked goods, fruit and omelets.

Location is prefect, right in front of the beach, 3 great restaurants at the property, staff was very nice and helpful, good size room just renovated, good AC and internet, very good swimming pool with a bar

The lobby needed some renovations, which started when we were leaving. No coffee machine in the room, late check in at 4 pm

Excellent location, decent accommodations, excellent breakfast.

I hated wearing the arm band. It shouldn't be necessary. A/C would stop working from around 2 to 5 AM. I don't know if this is planned or if it was just happening at around the same time.

Excelente! Increible! Totally recommended! Que disfruten! Rooms, pool, position, personnel, desayuno, restaurants, everything! San Andrés is wonderful and this hotel gives you even much more! And finally please consider that Dayana is the best!

We were having trouble picking a place because there are really no resorts in the area this hotel isn't new but they are always maintaining it. They accommodated what we needed for sleeping. They had enough places to eat on site and the food was outstanding. As an American we were not sure where and what would be safe so that is why we choose this. I would highly recommend not walking on that boardwalk if you cannot speak Spanish at night The beach was right there and some of the staff spoke English a bit and help us. We looked at aquamarine it was brand new and looked nice. we ate over there with friends the food was horrible and the only thing they really had was the nice decks and a view. we are glad we picked this hotel The breakfast was amazing

we would say that the property was amazing, probably the best on the island. location was perfect, right on the beach and the beach view room was incredible. The cleanliness too. The breakfast buffet was rich and fresh and full of different foods, fruits and pastries. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurants were okay, nothing special.

So for the first night we had a nice hot shower. The following days it was always frigid cold no matter the time or how long we ran the water. The next Issue was the WIFI, it was very very weak and slow. The third issue was the TV, for a smart TV it didn’t work well. We tried to use Netflix and it did not work. We contacted the front desk and they said it is normal because of the poor WIFI.
