Best Western Plus Montreal East is one of the best hotels we've stayed at and offers great value for money. First, the location is amazing—very safe and surrounded by convenient stores like Walmart. The staff was exceptional, with the manager and entire team being incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved everything about the hotel. Parking was easily accessible, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Another great aspect is that they don’t take a deposit, just card details. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

THOUGHT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED AS DID OTHER GUEST. SELECTION WAS SO SO AND WASN'T WORTH THE PRICE, SO WE WENT OUT TO EAT. SMELL OF GARBAGE/TRASH WHEN EXITING REAR DOOR. FRONT DESK NEEDS TO EXPLAIN TO GUEST HOW TO GET THROUGH THE GATE AFTER MIDNIGHT. HAD TO GO INSIDE AND ASK FRONT DESK. SOME OF THE RUGS IN CORRIDOR NEED REPLACING ON THE FLOORS. BACK AREA OF SHOWER WAS SLIPPERY. NO MICROWAVES IN THE HOTEL. TV WAS AWFUL SMALL

This establishment deserves a million stars. The two gentlemen at the reception were truly extraordinary - helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options suitable for all guests, including non-meat eaters like myself. Despite being a bit distant from downtown, approximately a 30-minute drive, the location was still enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Free parking with convenient access to ground floor rooms and reception was an added bonus. Given the opportunity, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

The room is spacious enough. Very comfy. it's a last minute booking, so beyond expectation, and rate is rather cheap given it was literally last minute.

bed can be firmer. though the shower stall is nice instead of bathtub, but it's a lil slippery, can be a hazard. The coffee machine isn't clean? We don't drink coffee, but trying to use it to boil hot water to make tea, but the hot water is having coffee debris from previous use. Closet is way too small during winter for 4 ppl, can be a lil bigger.

The bed and pillows were exceptional! Water pressure was great! Location was perfect for us, as we have on going family commitments at that end of the city. Very clean, bright, quiet, and modern looking!

The parking spots are a little small. The boulevard divider limits access/egress somewhat. And I mistakenly thought that breakfast was included in the price. That would have been proper. Also, why is that hotels/motels don't provide a channel guide for television viewing?

Cleanliness, location, and tranquility ,

The bathroom door lock in one of the rooms was not functioning. I informed the staff, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, no action was taken. Later, they mentioned that the technician might not have been available, but this explanation was unclear and didn’t make much sense to me.

We stayed at Best Western Plus and really enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. We especially appreciated the great soundproofing- it was quiet and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept like at home. Overall, a very positive stay. We’d be happy to come back again!

Nice and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodative. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again while my next trip to Montreal. Everything (walls, windows, floor and ceiling), except the doors, has excellent sound insulation. What is more important for travelers is the accessible and, I hope, safe parking.

The staff were friendly, room size was huge, modern, clean. We got the ground floor room which is a plus because we brought lots of luggage during our stay.

Even though the location is quite convenient as it's next to a fast food joint, coffeeshop, groceries, etc. But I found it was on the far side of the city centre. With traffic, the drive time from the hotel to the old town was around 45-50 minutes.

Staff were slow and unfriendly checking us in at 1 am in the morning ...

Check in was horrible. 1 am in the morning, and the staff sat and chatted between themselves before rousing themselves to assist with check in. Then slow and tedious - did not want to honour the booking.com price (which had already been paid) in the first instance so we are discussing this at 1 am - who needs it?!!
