Staff was very nice and accommodating. Misty, who I believe was a manager, was fantastic. We very much appreciated it being a pet friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym is small, but good enough for a quick workout. As other reviewers mentioned, the breakfast is great. Having someone available to make eggs-to-order and even burritos was amazing! So much better than the powdered eggs most hotels serve. Overall a very comfortable stay. We felt right at home and will be back next time we come to town.

$2 cost of drying, I spent $10 on that dryer and my clothes were still wet, when I asked the front desk they did not know what to say other than they have already reported it several times. So I told the person after me not to waste their time or money. Owner knows it’s not working properly and deceitfully letting guests use it.

Breakfast was good. Eggs were cooked to order. The attendant was very good.

After checking in we arrived at our room but it was still being cleaned. We had to wait outside the door for 5 to 10 minutes. The entry driveway was narrow and rough.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone was very courteous and helpful, they all went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was great each day!!

Best Western is always reliable. The facilities are clean and the rooms comfortable.

Borger is not the best town to visit. I don't think the pandemic was kind to that city and it probably wasn't much of a thriving place even before. I only did an overnight but that was enough. I could only find one non-chain restaurant that was open and it was packed with people. Everything else available was McDs, Pizza Hut, etc.
