Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. I didnt find anything wrong with the hotel. I loved the time in the hotel. No interruptions. The AC worked awesome as well.

Our room was clean and spacious and the front counter guy was polite and made sure we were clear on check out time and breakfast time!

The lobby was dirty and smelled bad. Not many options of breakfast like other hotels and once again the bad smell of the lobby did not make it comfortable to eat there. I was looking forward to a swim but the pool was close.

The receptionist was excellent. She went above and beyond to keep me happy. She genuinely cared for my situation. I tried to get her name after but I didn't see her anymore.All of the employees were helpful, and courteous. Thank you everyone at the hotel, you're all awesome!

Had trouble with card opening door. We rented (family) two rooms and both of the rooms had issues with key. Key worked the 1st day and stopped working the second day.

There wasn't any breakfast even though it said there's breakfast. There wasn't extra toilet paper just the one on the roll which was halfway already.

Pricing. Right off hwy 83. The way I arrive to laredo. Close yo to Walmart. Can get downtown fairly quickly

The staff made my stay very accommodating after booking.com didn't say there pool was not in service.

That the pool was out of service and I had my granddaughter for spring break
