Room was clean and tastefully decorated. It felt luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were not only eco-friendly - they were of excellent quality. I loved the subtle Sandalwood scent of the lotion. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning crew appeared very focused and thorough. Also - location was good. We were able to walk to the beach and back (about 1 mile each way) Hotel grounds were clean, quiet, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day.

Although the breakfast room was impressive - the presentation of the food was lacking. The eggs had flavor but looked sad. The offerings didn't match the rest of the experience.

I love the staff of how friendly they are and helpful. I like that rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

This trip was off. The room I was given originally ended up being already given to another person. Then went back to front desk and was given a different room. The second room was not what was booked. I booked a king room and ended up with a two queen bed room.

Clean and lots of room. The beds was top of the line or at least it felt that way. lol

There’s nothing to say about not liking. The staff was so good. I booked the date thinking it was pet friendly but it wasn’t. Staff allowed us to stay anyway feeling compassion for my lab that has a broken leg, they let us stay for a reasonable price. Thank you for understanding my dog is part of my family.

It was a great location. It was away from the roadwork on US 98 which was great. Easy access to and from the beach which was about a mile away.

It was difficult to turn into the location when traffic was tight on Joan Avenue. I learned about the other opening through the mini golf location a day too late.

The room was very spacious, inviting, comfortable, clean. The room was perfect. The beds were just right and had the perfect amount of pillows. Very peaceful to be able to sit by the swimming pool and actually relax by the swimming pool. And the breakfast in the morning was perfect with the perfect kind of breakfast foods.

Nothing. The property, the staff, the hotel, the room, even the parking lot was perfect. I have no dislikes towards any part of this hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, took out extras from room not needed but we're available if wanted.

the shampoo, conditioner and body soap needed to be filled and I spoke to front desk and housekeeping never did it.....yet they were on my floor. I was in a hurry to meet the c/o time so I made due.

They let us check in 2 hrs. earlier since there was a room available at the time we got there. I idd email that request and the highest floor and they came through for us.

Room was great but it felt damp and smelled a little must on the 2nd day. Breakfast was good except for Monday and Tuesday - No hot breakfast only biscuit to heat up in microwave

Was quiet and good location. The room itself wasn't bad.

Staff was rude, unpersonable and not helpful. Acted like we were bothering their day by checking in. Trash was left by most the doors and smelled really bad. Had a randomn guy in the lobby that kept following us around. Made us very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay..if I get vacation without my babies I would totally stay again...but I couldn't stay again with my babies.

The room floors. for example I had my 1 year old who has just learned to walk so he still crawls some. his feet and legs after being on the floor would be black from the dirt. so his time in the room was spent in his pack and play he didn't enjoy that.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was on point. Food was brought out in timely manner when low. Kitchen staff was very nice all around. There was a lot of activities to do nearby for family. Wal-Mart less than a mile away. Beach 3 miles away. Great location...

Even though it was supposed to be a no smoking hotel. There was a very faint smell of cigarettes smoke on the 3rd floor where I slept.
