I love the property - it was modern, clean and accommodating. It was very nice

Transparency about additional charges that they do not tell you about such as Safe Fee's and Property Stay fee's. They charged my card for additional small fee's and they were not able to explain them. The small fee's would appear in the middle of the night and I didn't notice them for a few days. They were unable to provide me with a reason for the fee's except that they would be refunded and they never were.

There was a nice outdoor space and outdoor pool. Too cold for use at the time. Nice area for pets. Pet friendly. Beds comfy (not too hard). Love the extra pillows. Fridge was good. Microwave & coffee pot. Had a hairdryer. Bathroom was kinda small. But perfectly fine. Plenty of parking. Small space for hot breakfast that was included. Loved the fridge with the small microwaveable meals and drink you could buy in the lobby. Wooden seat in my room perfect for book reading.

The hotel staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.

Only complaint I had was there was no parking spaces for oversized vehicles. People travelling with utility trailers have nowhere to park without occupying. several spaces.

I booked a queen room which appeared to be rather small but it turned out to be perfect I've stayed at this microtel many times the walls are thin and you can hear the people in each room I was lucky that the snoring man in the room next to me had a deep melodic snore didn't bother me much beds were very comfortable

There are three areas where there's lights and each has bulbs that are clearly 1 million Watts too many. My suggestions would be a dimmer switch and put guests in every other room. You're welcome.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient and good and well stocked. The hotel's location was perfect for what we needed and the hotel was quiet. Hopefully, that's the way it is all the time.

The breakfast was sufficient but I always like egg choices. But I am not complaining because the food was filling and served it's purpose.

The smell of pot filled the 2nd floor maybe look into some spray it was overwhelming at times...and also smelled wet....not hotel fault necessarily bc seems like everyone does it except me but someone should take a walk every couple hours n check hallways n spray. Getting off elevator it smacks u in face

The staff at check in was the reason I return to this hotel. The hotel is always neat and clean with fresh coffee and cookies. The Lobby area was quiet and people seem to be respectful. Elevators were clean and working with not a long wait.

Not really a hotel issue per say, but my neighbors were really loud and we felt like part of their conversation. After a while they did quiet down.

every thing except what we didn't like. handicapped accessible bathroom. dogs barking in am. and housekeeping vacuuming at 0830 am on Sunday morning.

we did not request handicapped accessible room. the shower faucet was in middle of wall not on end. water ran into center of bathroom without squeegee available or something to get rid of excessive water.

Love the hotel, been multiple times.

Had noisy neighbors. They were loud and up until the morning. Very loud, sounded like they were doing drugs. Complained to staff once around 2:30 AM, didn’t deter your guests. I had the handicapped room, not up to the standards of your typical suites

Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Not too much highway noise. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Swimming pool was clean and maintained.

WiFi was down most of the time we were there.
