We had had all kinds of problems before registering on line.Hotels from Atlanta,GA to at least Lake City had no vacancies, None whatsoever ever plus all the computer were down due to the overload of everyone wanting rooms that particular Friday night. We travel this way at least once a year without reservations without. any problems, not this time! When I walked thru the lobby door at 9:30 PM (after driving all over parts of 2 states with no rooms,)I was tired & exasperated ! I gave the manager my name, she said, “You are registered but there are no rooms available.” She then explained that a couple had to leave due to an emergency at home. We could have that room but it would have to cleaned & it is on the 2nd floor w no elevator. Since we were staying 2 nights, they could move us to a first floor room the next morning after breakfast & some people will have checked out. I agreed to what she said & was thanking for a room in which to sleep! The next day we got a first floor & were moved into it before noon! All the staff were extremely nice even tho’ they had had their share of problems with computer servers & mechanical problems like a toilet leaking & no maintenance people there to fix it. They made this tired nerve frazzled couple extremely happy!

Many things expressed above, but none of it was the staff’s fault. The breakfast room was small so it was cramped. Our second room was next to a little dog. He/she did not like to be outside & barked incessantly . The dog came within an inch of my leg before his got him jerked back. However, he did settle once he remained inside the room. He did not bark as long as he was in the room !

The bed was comfortable. It worked: tv, fridge, microwave, hot water in sink, and hot water in shower. Toilet worked well. I appreciated getting a first floor room when I asked.

Right before I left roaches came from behind the bathroom mirror counter. I tossed them, but still that isn't great for keeping a 5 star motel.

The desk clerk was very helpful in fixing my TV and doing what he could to fix any issues I had. Which I got his name to tell you. Evening shift plus since I'm a cat person that was a big plus all the feral cats around. Thank you for being kind to them.

The phone wasn't working but really didn't need it.

Breakfast was deliciously fresh! Hot n cold items provided in a smorgasbord fashion. The dining area kept amazingly clean. Dining Room staffer stocked & cleaned area after each quest! Overnight staff till breakfast so very courteous friendly & warm hearted. Great hospitality skills.

Handwashing sink drain a bit sluggish

The staff is amazing! They are so helpful and very pleasant. The hotel is clean! The room was clean with plenty of clean towels! The A/C was cold. The bathroom was clean! I will definitely be staying here again!

We came down for the breakfast included with our room and that exceeded our expectation because of the Server James. We were greeted with a warm Good Morning to get our coffee or juice and he asked us what we would like, eggs, sausage with toast or muffin or fresh Waffle! This was a very pleasant Surprise! Keep this guy! Our beds and the room temperature were very comfortable! And I am kinda picky about both.

The TV was a little confusing to use but I did figure it out after about 5 min. If it had been much longer I would have called the Office.

Breakfast was very good … and the fact that coffee was available 24/7 was an extra bonus!

The coffee pot in the room did not work! And extra pillows for the king room would have been better

The first 2 days were neatly clean but the 3 day they did not clean at all. I let the front desk attendance knows. But, she just gave me the clean towels I have to pick the downstairs but did not come to fix anything. The breakfast was good but every day was the same one.

Good location near I-10 and the people who worked there were very nice.

Wipe things down a little better but overall it was as expected.

It is how well the staff communicated between one another to meet & exceed expectations.

Nothing
