I enjoyed the high quality comfortable beds, quiet safe, secure, peaceful location I mean never had to call management about loud neighbors. Clean working bathroom with shower heads providing an enjoyable shower. Great WiFi for digital nomads close to Arco for coffee and snacks.

I did not notice the breakfast but ok the property is next to Starbucks and Arco has full service breakfast and snacks. I wish I knew about the Jacuzzi.

The room was clean.

The Breakfast was bad. Just bland coffee and granola bars. The bathroom only has a single tiny soap bar for two. No shampoo or conditioner. That's not acceptable.

The property in general was nice, quiet and clean. There were a few issues like our AC unit leaking, but as soon as we reported it, they came right away to fix. Also our coffee machine was broken and they brought us a brand new one!

The only thing that I probably had an issue with was the pool time. It was only open until 8 and my kids wanted to still go in after.

Was surprised that the rooms are more spacious than pictured. Cleaning staff was very thorough and made sure rooms were clean when we arrived from our daily outings. Worked well for what we needed. Would consider staying again.

Furniture is a bit outdated.

I got what was advertised. Other than limited breakfast options no complaints. The place was clean, and the staff was professional.

I have no real complaints. A no frills place which was adequate for my needs.

Close enough to the airport. Not in a crowded area at night when we arrived. Front desk was open after midnight when we arrived late due to flight delays.

Very simple breakfast for the money that we paid for the room. Minimal and meager.

Location is great. Check in and check always easy and simple. Staff is always great to assist

Nothing .just few issues like window curtains were already broken but it can be fixed by management Family room provided on ground floor so much happy about it

Yes the window that girl whose really ruda I would ask her questions and she ignored me and I had to ask her again she shouldn't work that position if she has no courtesy for the customer
