The breakfast was great. Nothing over the top, but the normal "nice" spread of DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt, breakfast meat, bagels, fruit, and juices. I didn't get to enjoy it, but the entrance had a communal sitting area along with a wood-burning fireplace, which I thought was a really nice feature.

A room down the hall from us had a small yappy dog in their room that was barking practically non-stop, at least any time I was in the hallway. Surprised nothing was done about it.

This was my third stay at Best Western and, once again, it was great. It's ALWAYS clean, but never smells 'chemically' when I arrive. My daughter has always accompanied me previously, but this time I was alone so my stay was a bit different. However the front desk staff was, as always, friendly and helpful. One helped me with the TV and also recommended a place to eat Saturday night. I plan to stay at your Best Western for future Westminster visits. Thank you for all you do.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay here. You did an amazing job.

My wife and I visited Westminster MD for a long weekend getaway. We stayed at the Best Western, that is an ideal location to explore the area. Our room included a spacious king bed, microwave, mini-fridge and jacuzzi tub (with separate shower). Our favorite amenity is the outdoor pool area. The staff were friendly and professional. This is definitely our preferred lodging spot when visiting Westminster.

We needed to find a new place to stay when we visited my mother, and this was a great find! It wasn't far from my mother's, and very close to some new restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and the pool was an unexpected bonus.

The breakfast had a variety of items available, but some bagels and hard boiled eggs would have been much appreciated.

We needed a place close to my sister’s apartment for her wedding and this was perfect. We booked last minute and it worked out great. Breakfast was included so that was helpful.

There are no elevators but we didn’t know until after we booked. But anyway it was ok.

The location. The staff were wonderful especially the one at the front desk Kelly or Kerry, I think that is her name, she is on the plump side. She went out of her way to help carry my luggage up the stars to my room. She is a great asset to the hotel. Other staff too are good like the young gentleman at the reception too.

The breakfast was boring . Virtually same stuff everyday

People slamming doors late at night and early morning. Post signs on room doors to be respectful of others and don’t let doors slam when entering and exiting rooms. 5:00AM wake up by next door room guests slamming the door when leaving.

Hotel was perfect for our needs easy to get to as we had a car, quiet and comfortable - loved being able to get a cuppa in the evenings. It was a pleasant homely place to come back to after a day out exploring.

Convenient and easy access to highway and shopping

The building is outdated. It needs a facelift. The lobby is nice especially the fireplace in the middle. However, the furniture in the lobby was bulky or very large. Note: I believe this is the hotel where Ravens football players stay at during training camp annually.

Liked the bathroom with shower and vanity space. Liked that the bed did not have a comforter that was too warm to sleep.

The breakfast was the worst we ever encountered. The room was too small and the waffle iron only cooked my waffle on one side.
