I liked the location — great for dog walking. I loved the fact that the hotel accommodated dogs. I liked the warmth of the pool and the pool hours. I liked the breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel told me because I went through Booking.com, that they couldn’t accommodate the close room request. I don’t like the fact that because I booked through Booking.com I don’t get a receipt for my stay; that I’m to expect a receipt through Booking.com — although Booking.com notes that the hotel provides the invoice. At one point I was trying to arrange over the phone, my daughter getting a key to my room, to check on our dog, but the hotel had me on hold for about 6 min before they hung up — and they did this TWICE! Update: after calling the hotel this morning, they emailed me my invoice (not sure why they referred me to Booking.com when I requested one at checkout).

Great central location when you want to travel to surrounding cities. Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very kind and offered help and advice.

Room door did not latch unless you pulled hard and kept pulling to make lock work. Cleaning staff did not notice this, so we came back with an open door to our room. There is no working vent in bathroom. After a hot summer day, an even hotter bathroom after showers is not ideal. Turned air to 70 and it kept climbing back up, centrally controlled? So we slept hot.

Beautiful facility, rooms were clean with high quality furnishings. TV had loads of channels and unlike other hotels I've stayed at, it was easy to operate the remote. The breakfast was very nice.

When you used the GPS to get there, you end up in the middle of a parking lot, and the hotel is nowhere in sight. The signage is minimal and useless, with arrows pointing to nowhere. And everyone knows about this problem - I stopped at another nearby hotel and the person at reception said this was a well known issue. She directed me in the right general direction, but I still had to drive around a while until I finally saw the hotel over an incline. It still took me a while to figure out how to get there. The person at reception verified that they knew the GPS directions don't work. I suggested that they let people know how to get there when they send out the reservation confirmation. His response was "I don't know how they'd do that." Well FIGURE IT OUT.

We have stayed here many times and it still feels like a new hotel. Clean, bright lights and good parking. Getting to hotel is a little tricky but once here you’ll have no problems. Seems like a good value for $$$. Out of hustle of Gettysburg.

Front staff could have been better. Curt attitude when asking about why our room hadn’t been serviced we were out all day. No clean towels. When asked for towels was told to come back in an hour. That was at 9 pm! Unacceptable.

Very comfortable, clean, good design, welcoming, great breakfast, staff friendly and helpful.

One exception in cleanliness was the tub. There was a lot of dirt in the bottom and we didn’t want to take a shower. Also, it was very difficult to find. The signage is lacking and it’s not in a normal location. It was a dark night and we were very tired. GPS doesn’t do very well locating it either.

Breakfast was basic. Every time I went down the oatmeal was out. Bummer. It was still an hour to go for breakfast. I ate the same thing every day- small yogurt, small muffin and juice. But some hotels don’t even have breakfast.

I would have liked to be in charge of heating or cooling my own room. Seemed like there wasn’t a way to make the room comfortable. It was either stifling or freezing. We looked at the thermostat (digital). You couldn’t really do anything about it. Cover up because you’re freezing or uncover because you’re roasting. That made me so frustrated. When it’s 50 degrees out, the room should be warm. I’m paying all of this money for a room and I can’t even be comfortable. 👎🏼

The facility was clean modern. Staff was amazing.

I have only one complaint in regards to my stay. There was a family with children placed above our room and the children were stomping their feet till the wee hours of the morning. I would recommend that people with children be placed on the first floor so that other patrons are not Disturbed by the pitter Pat of tiny feet

Loved the breakfast, standard hotel breakfast was what we were expecting. We were beyond excited to have egg omelettes with peppers in them. Loved the choices of turkey and pork meats. Was able to get a good breakfast that tasted amazing and was on the healthy side.

The only downside was the pool got fixed and it took a while for the pool to heat back up. The staff were amazing explaining it. Definitely was only a small fraction in an overall amazing trip.

The room we shared with our granddaughters was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Our granddaughters (5,8) really love the pool with was heated to s very comfortable temperature and the hours were from 6 am to 11 pm. The free breakfast had lots of choices for everyone in our party

It was a little hard to get there— behind the outlet stores.

The hotel was clean, the people who worked there were sweet and attentive, the pool was perfect for me to do aquatic therapy in, the breakfast was prepandemic (pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, rolls, bagels, juice, etc., etc., !) and all within a quick drive to the area attractions.

The bed was really uncomfortable! That was really the only problem .. but as staying at a hotel is primarily for sleeping, it was kind of a bummer.
