The bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious and big. And the staff everyone was so helpful. And the young man at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the history of Lancaster but also, Gettysburg. And I enjoyed the variety of all the items for breakfast. Everyone was very helpful I would, come there and book a room at the hotel again.

If maybe you would’ve had either like a waffle maker, or a pancake maker to have a little something warm with breakfast. That would’ve been nice, but everything was pretty much just right on spot, and so many ways.

I had low expectations for a 2 star hotel, but in comparison to a rival facility in a different city, this was perfect: no mice, working appliances, not leaking ac, clean and draining shower, etc. Also loved the indoor pool and extensive breakfast options

The room was clean and quite. The staff is top notch, they are really helpful in answering questions. I had a couple of small issues in my room, however the staff came right up and took care of it.

I was there for four nights, and never had the room cleaned. It states after three nights to expect service, well that didn't happen. The pillows are terrible, I would suggest the hotel to consider replacing them.

The staff was very nice. They let me take my kids to swim after the pool was supposed to be closed. The breakfast was very good and it was only 4 minutes from the center of town.

You keep advertising Breakfast included but when we arrive there is a notice on the wall Breakfast stopped November 01. When I inquired with ,check in staff, I get the deer in the headlight look. Please quit advertising breakfast included if your not going to provide it. It makes your Company look dishonest!

The staff was very friendly, my room key some how got deactivated and I was able to get a new key right away. The room was really clean and smelled really nice. It was also very quiet all night.

The stairs outside leading to the second floor were rusty and had a few holes, but you could tell they are in the process of making upgrades. I also didn't like the smell of Marijuana when we walked through the door to the second floor to get to our room.

my room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. I had a late check in and they had juice and coffee available for me still. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Parking was plentiful. There was a very good Restautant very close by. Staying here was unplanned but not uncomfortable. One of the best stays I have had traveling half way across the country.

i would have liked two soaps in my room instead of having to take one from sink to shower. and if that is the biggest problem in a hotel room then i think i will return again!

Great pool, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent! Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly

Room needed more wattage in lighting. Rooms were very dark with all lights lit. Too dark to read except bathroom

All staff were very pleasant. Pool was great, vending machines and laundry facilities were working fine. They were able to give me adjoining rooms upon request and the rooms were very clean.

The rugs in the hallway feel a little sticky maybe some shampooing or an upgrade would be good

Location was wonderful. The night clerk was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for us. The pool was nice for the kids to swim in.

We reserved 2 rooms. One rooms bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast needs to he a bit better. Orange juice was very watery.
