The staff was incredible. They were very accommodating and did all in their power to make our stay comfortable. The daily breakfast did not disappoint! The location is central to many sights, including short walking distance to the Gettysburg National cemetery.

Do not book this hotel through booking.com. I needed to change the dates of my stay, and because I booked it through them, the hotel was unable to change it. Booking.com did nothing to help but kept telling me to ask the property. I would happily stay there again, but would book through the property.

I really liked the room, amenities, the extra pillows/blankets was awesome, location to historic Gettysburg is a plus & the overall cleanliness.

I paid for a “City View” room and didn’t get it. Went right back to front desk to enquire about it and she said, “People who book on Booking.com app don’t get City View rooms. That’s only available to people who book directly with us.” I was very offended by that, but knew it was a battle I wasn’t going to win so I just said okay. I wanted to get settled and had plans to attend to, as well. The description on here needs to be changed since it’s false. It’s incorrect. I paid more for a “City View” room and should be reimbursed. The tub wouldn’t drain. It took awhile for water to go down.

Staff was friendly, helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Location is very good, well within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parts of the battlefield, including the Visitor's Center. Service station is just across the street. Have stayed there before and probably will again.

The refrigerator in the room was far too cold as it froze the water and milk I had bought. Water was OK after thawing out, but the milk had to be thrown out. No big deal, but perhaps the thermostat could be set at a more moderate temperature.

Perfect location. Just outside the more busy centre of town, but close enough so you can walk there. Fun little shops close by, as well as several restaurants.

Very dated room, carpet on the floor which was dirty, full of hairs from previous renters. Very small tv with bad reception, wifi was very unstable and slow. Small fridge made a lot of noise, had to remove the plug because I couldn’t sleep because of it. Bathroom dated, small bath tub, shower had low pressure.

The hotel was clean as was our room. We were on the street side of the hotel and could hear some of the traffic going by but it wasn't a problem at all. Didn't bother our naps or sleep at night.Location was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Just a short trip to the battlefield. Hotel is very easy to get to and there were plenty of parking spots available. Definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days in July 2024. The welcome by Sierra on reception was warm and efficient. The room spacious and the bed very, very comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean. The hotel decor is a little ‘tired’ but this seems to give character. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent for exploring Gettysburg and the battlefield. The bath/shower was good, plenty of towels and toiletries. The room was well serviced each day. The only issue was the incredibly noisy air conditioning unit in the room. So bad in fact we turned it off in order to be able to sleep, and turned it on to cool the room when we were out in the day. It would be churlish to mark down our stay at this wonderful hotel because of this, as we were able to get around it, but maybe investment in new equipment is overdue.

The rooms were clean and there is hard wood flooring. The king size bed with large and wasn’t noisy. The shower was clean, large, and had good water pressure. I had a reasonable amount of TV channels to entertain myself. There was also a lamp with an outlet to charge my phone by the bed. The pool was also free and gave out pool towels. They had chairs to lay on if you wanted to stay out of the water. One of the ladies in our group also had a small dog that her fiancé brought to the hotel for a few hours while they packed up to leave for the day. I was surprised that this hotel is pet friendly!

If I had to be picky, maybe a slightly bigger TV would have been nice (I don’t always wear my glasses). But for the price and number of channel, I was VERY pleased

Everything!! I've stayed multiple times and have been so pleased with the entire visit. The room was clean and large. The accommodations were provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel was so close to everything. We walked to dinner and stayed out until after 10:00 going to the local stores and walked the well lit streets. The overall opinion of the locals is that they're all overly welcoming and proud of their town. Perfect get away. Thank you

Delicious breakfast with a clean environment, lots of staff, excellent choices of food and filling to energize us for the day ahead. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, historic sites, car tour took longer than expected with so much to see so it was wonderful to be close to town and hotel when needed.

Nothing! We went for a weekend and regret not staying longer. Thank you to everyone for being friendly, helpful and supportive of our interests. Photo opportunities were everywhere! I’m making a book of our trip.

The location was great. You can walk everywhere.

One of the girls at the desk was not so friendly when I asked if I could have a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. We had 2 rolls in the room, but they were half way gone. So I asked the girl if I could have 2 more rolls. She was kind of rude when I asked for it and said I will give you one roll. My thing is that if you have a spot for 2 rolls then just give me 2 rolls without the attitude.
