I enjoyed the entire experience . This bed and breakfast is located in the country, and very easy to find. It's very private, a beautiful private country setting. The accommodations are pure luxe, and the breakfast is not only complementary, but homemade and served with the best seating, the view while having breakfast is so wonderful ! There was a complementary dessert waiting for us when we arrived from dining out that night. We enjoyed the room with the spa tub, which was the perfect size and very romantic. The hospitality, the decor, everything about this inn merits a travel magazine write up, it is seriously one of the best inns we have stayed at. Family owned with all one could ever want, even a billiards game room to enjoy, and a heated pool.

Every breakfast was fabulous. Facility was near historic Gettysburg and shopping. Attention to detail at the Inn was impressive. Grounds were lovely for walking and just relaxing. We are dog lovers, so the presence of the family dog was a real plus. Owner and entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Guest kitchen was always well stocked and handy to put your refrigerated items in. King size beds, jacuzzies, large flat screen TV & cable in each room-all a pleasure. Well informed staff to answer all your questions.

My spouse has a little difficult getting up from low places. Higher toilets or grab bars in the bathrooms would be appreciated.

We absolutely loved the hospitality and the service that was provided. The rooms were very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast food that is freshly made each morning was incredible and fabulous 🤌. The property and surroundings there are very appealing on the eyes and delightful to see. The spa staff provided us with much needed pampering and gave us such a wonderful full body deep tissue massage. Oh and all the shops & restaurants and winery's are only 8-14 mins away from the Inn.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at The Inn at White Oak Bed and Breakfast! The accommodations are very wonderful but the best part of our visit was the walk around the beautiful outdoor grounds and peaceful ponds. Shiree is a wonderful hostess and our breakfast was delicious with generous portions. Our hosts Shiree and Craig are amazing, so accommodating and gracious. We highly recommend their Inn and we look forward to visiting them again!

The Inn, Innkeepers, and staff were outstanding in every way. The breakfast each morning was splendid. The Inn was very spacious and it was very easy to find a room to relax in private if you so choose. The heated indoor pool was quite relaxing. Our daughter graduated this past weekend and was an athlete at Gettysburg. We attended every home game for 4 years and stayed at various hotels in Gettysburg. We really wished we had found this Inn 4 years ago and we would have stayed nowhere else. Please do not miss the opportunity to stay here if its not booked......book early and often

The owners really go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. The grounds and house were beautiful, the food and homemade baked goods were delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool was great and they even gifted us with a mug since we were on our honeymoon. Couldn’t recommend this place more, we will absolutely be back!

Everything! From the staff to the facility, everything was perfect. It was cozy and warm. The room was well kept and organized. The decor makes you feel you step back in time. I absolutely love it and can't wait to come back again.

The one thing we didn't like was the air conditioner not blowing cold air during the middle of the night.

This is the way all bed and breakfasts should be, run by the proprietor who lives on site, providing superb hospitality, stellar service, and a personal connection to the guests. It's not surprising that guests return here again and again. Don't miss the ginger chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon or the delicious breakfast in the morning.

When we were planning this trip earlier this year, we had originally planned to spend only 1 night in the Gettysburg area. When I found this place on-line, we decided to spend 2 nights in the area. Should've made it at least 3 nights. This inn is just a few miles outside of town and in a very peaceful area. The quiet was sometimes deafening. LOL. The breakfasts were awesome. Overall, this was a place that we were hating to leave. If we didn't live so far away, we would probably make it a point to book a stay here at least once a year. Highly recommend it.

The Inn was beautiful inside and out. The staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfasts were delicious and unique and different everyday. We felt spoiled and we loved it.
