We were coming across Canada from Niagara Falls. We had been returning home after traveling for four days. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my sister and brother-in-law. We needed a handicap room with a roll in shower for our brother-in-law. The handicap room was spacious and the bathroom had all the requirements necessary. These accommodations always help us when we travel. My husband and I were next door in a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast provided all our needs and choices. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and there were plenty of choices for my meal. Thank you.

The room was extremely clean. The location was absolutely perfect just 5 minutes away from my family. It was a very nice pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We decided it was definitely the best continental breakfast we had hands down. I wish I remember the name of the morning front desk staff member on the weekends but she was awesome. We were very happy and since we have family in the area this is where we are going to be staying again

To be honest the elevator was kind of scary but that's a small thing

Staff was great and attentive to our needs. Building looks to have been kept well and looked to have had a current interior face-lift. Was surprised for a full breakfast on a Monday morning where other places I have stayed was very limited. Room was clean and had everything we needed. TV was bigger then most other rooms we have stayed in.

Bed was a bit on the hard side.

Elevator was Extremely scary the pictures that was provided to me on the site for the room I reserved was not the room I got and was suppose to get a river view room but instead got a parking lot veiw room and had a light out in bathroom so was a little dark when taking shower

The main reason for my high rating is the staff at this hotel. Everyone when above and beyond to help us out with our stay. You will not find a friendlier staff anywhere - I hope the owners of this hotel appreciate how amazing their staff are.

The owners of this hotel need to come and do some work here. The Best Western chain needs to revamp their pool and do some work to freshen up the rooms. The staff go out of their way to keep the hotel clean but can only do so much when the hotel needs work.

Had the continental breakfast which was very well done. The hotel manager was very courteous and friendly. She came over to our table and we had a pleasant conversation with her. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. We’d definitely stay there again.

The Hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The room was incredibly nice. Breakfast was really good. Check in and check out was really easy and fast. Overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend staying here.

I liked the front-desk clerk, who went the extra mile to make sure I was able to check in. I need to warn locals that the official policy at this hotel is not to accommodate them; this is to reduce "drama" from domestic disputes spilling over into the hotel. I appreciate their discretion. But the clerk was able to make an exception for me and even lower the price for my trouble. Excellent service, and a clean, modern room.

The pool. Not that it was bad, just kind of bare and uninviting. No jacuzzi. Kids love it anyway - and it wasn't full of them. No towels were left there, even though a note in the room said not to bring towels from the rooms.

Paint in rooms needs to be updated. Crack in ceiling. Breakfast was ok. But could have been better. Poor front desk attendant had to make breakfast because they apparently no longer have a breakfast attendant.

Great location off the highway, but you can’t hear the highway traffic at all. Loved the comfort of the room, and the friendliness of the staff! I did not catch the gentleman’s name who helped us out greatly the night of our check in, helping us pick a dinner spot and providing other recommendations.
