The room was clean, nice, and spacious. The location is walking distance to the Fremont Street Experience and many good coffee shops.

t was bad that we didn't have a mini fridge. The parking was also annoying; the elevators didn't work and we had to drag all suitcases down 3 flights of stairs! The parking is also accross the street and you have to cross to get to the hotel.

Location was good. Easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable bed. No noise at night. We got to sleep well. 17th floor room. Elevator very fast which was good. Cafe in lobby opens at 6 am. Excellent coffee. LAVAZZA brand. Staff we dealt with were all friendly.

Location to fremont street was perfect without encountering all the noise of fremont . street. Easy walk to Fremont Street. Would stay again.

The location is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. All the amenities are awesome.

You have to use your room card in the elevator and every time someone gets off on a floor before you you have to swipe your room card again and press your floor and hope that the elevator goes to your floor before going to another destination. Completely useless since you can use the stairs to get to the hotel rooms.

We liked the location of the property with easy access to transportation and all the sights to see around the hotel.

We stayed in the tower and it needs updating. The USB ports didn’t work, hair dryer kept going off. We were given 1 soap/shampoo/conditioner for two for 5 days. Finally our biggest gripes were that the pool closed at 6, and no mini fridge and we never saw any cleaning services.

Bed was comfortable and I dig the vibe of the hotel and rooms.

The AC unit was REALLY loud. Wish the rooms had refrigerators but I knew that before booking. Add PaiGow to your casino floor please!

Good location close to Freemont street the restaurants in the property were good and decently priced. The parking garage was located next to the property the area felt secure. Overall my stay was good

If you aren't aware of the Freemont experience the loud music at night can be bothersome

Lovely room for a good price, we much preferred staying downtown to the strip

We werent able to get into the pool without ID as there was a party on, despite having our room keys woth us. We were not prepared to risk having our ID stolen so did not use the pool
