The location of the hotel was excellent right in the heart of Freemont street so instant access to all the bars & entertainment. A very lively spot, so suited us as a couple, but obviously may not be ideal for families with small children. While the hotel is one of the older ones in the area, it was very clean & had everything a visitor needed. The rooms had a fridge, TV & tea & coffee making facilities. The staff were very friendly & helpful in all areas of the hotel. A lovely guy called Justin checked us in and was a pleasure to deal with & gave us plenty of info about the area, best value bus tickets etc, which was great to know. We ate breakfast each day in Magnolias & the food & service were top notch. The room rate was one of the most reasonable in the area, and the bonus being there were no resort fees, which is always good. Overall a very pleasant stay.

LOVEEEE the location, so convenient to just walk right outside the door and be right next to one of the Fremont stages, there’s also a McDonald’s right outside the main door for a quick bite. I loved the lobby, not a bad smoke smell from the casino like some people complained about. Room and bathroom were clean! Magnolias restaurant in the hotel was so good we had both breakfast and supper there throughout our trip! Also convenient to have a express subway/pizza place in the hotel that’s open 24/7. Would stay here again for sure !! We stayed in the south tower and there was absolutely zero noice, I could see how it could be loud on the north side but can’t speak for it. Could use debit for the deposit which was also a plus for us. Would definitely recommend!

the absolute only thing I would change is I wish you could pick between smoking/non smoking online when booking, I requested non smoking at check in but there wasn’t any available. It wasn’t horrible but still a stagnant smoke smell with no way to open a window or anything, but not the end of the world ! The staff were really nice so I’m sure if there was something they could have done, they would have.

We have never stayed downtown, so this was a first for us. Freemont street was lively, fun and very interesting. Bourbon Street vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed the Magnolia restaurant - we ate there every day as the food was good and prices were very reasonable. It was so convenient and we were not doing a "food tour" of Vegas. We went to several casinos along Freemont and enjoyed people watching. No lack of interesting characters.

Great location, great staff. Very comfortable room and no hidden fees. Perfect for what we needed. Casino floor was well equipped and staffed and there were plenty of food and beverage options.

Everything was as expected or better. Yes, there are fancier hotels downtown with superior facilities but if you want one, just book it. The four queens was the perfect base for a trip downtown with no added frills.

The hotel is in a perfect location on Freemont Street and with no resort fee, staying here was a no brainer. We haven't stayed here before, always staying at The Freemont, but with the resort fee they now charge we wouldn't stay there again. The room was very clean and spacious. There is no housekeeping everyday but that was fine with us. I believe it is available after 2 or 3 days but we refused it. We stayed 3 times during our 3 week holiday, on one of the stay the room was noisy from the bands, but they were happy to change the room .

We have been to Las Vegas 8 times now and have loved it. This time is was SO expensive, not just at the Queens, but everywhere! Everything has increased so much in price that it spoiled our trip. I appreciate they are trying to recover the revenue they had lost through Covid, but I think they are pricing themselves out of the market. We spoke to several people during our stay who said they wouldn't be returning because of the price hike! The casino value now is very poor. The slot prices are too pricey to play for fun, and the payout is abysmal. EVERYTHING TOO EXPENSIVE!

Location, food, staff and slot payoffs were all great!! Video poker at the bar was great bartender kept the drinks full.

Requested rooms not facing Fremont and one room was directly next to the stage between queens and the D. So loud couldn’t sleep until after 2. Needed cheaper tables. we usually play more table games because their prices are reasonable, but instead went to Nugget every table was open and had multiple $5 tables. Lots of empty tables at the 4 Queens and no $5 tables even on Monday.

Location was on the old strip. There was plenty places to eat in and around the hotel. The stuff was helpful and we arrived early and couldn't check in but there was a place to drop off bags.

The view from the window was that great. Didn't clean room everyday had to request with 24 hour notice.

Security should be more on alert to the malodorous homeless that come in and sit next to a patron playing slots and clearly is not spending money. Two will come in and watch and try to get an opportunity to steal.

The location was what we wanted. We actually chose to stay on Freemont street. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The parking was easy.

It's not something that I minded, but be aware that if you stay here it is noisy. The music continues until about 2am.
