Standard king room (called a suite, wet bar and a few items like dishes, glasses along with the fridge/microwave). Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Got lucky at check-in, got there just before a long line formed. From walking through some other properties long check-in lines seem to be the rule in Vegas. Pool area was nice but like EVERYWHERE in this town there was loud, annoying music blaring, I couldn't sit there more than 15 minutes. Didn't use it but a nice pool bar there as well. Maybe I'm old but I don't get the need to have that very loud music inside and out all over the Strip. Nice convenience store in house, small lobby bar. Did not pay for the "breakfast", sounded like it was not a good value. Drove a few minutes away to EGGcellent, very good breakfast spot in a strip mall, away from the madness. Parking was ample, I left my truck in the outside lot, closer walk than the multi-level garage. Bus stop right in front of property, the Deuce route will take you the couple miles to the main Strip sensory overload if that's what you're here for...and cheap. Uber/Lyft will also work.

Bombarded with texts from the hotel upon check-in. "How was the check-in process?" "What can we do to help?" "Will you need housekeeping tomorrow?". To their credit, as soon as I texted back to please stop they did. Lowering the music volume and maybe switching up the content a bit sure would please a lot of the older clientele.

Very clean and the staff was nice but.....

They were not upfront about resort fees this should be included in the price of the room at the time you book. They also OFFERED us bottled water upon arrival but was not upfront about it NOT being free. After we checked out we noticed an extra charge on the card for $68 pending. My husband called the location and they told him it was for bottled water. $34 each for both of us. We had 6 bottles total during our stay now that's bonkers. The vending machine was conveniently out of bottled water. I feel they should make sure their customers know the water is NOT complimentary. I feel that was a bit shady and unprofessional.

Great big suite with washing machine and a full kitchen. Also the swimming pools are nice and the staff is super helpful and friendly. For a road trip in the us this is a great stop to wash everything and relax

Staff in every area were very friendly and helpful. Two minor issues (microwave quit, couldn’t get tV to work) were dealt with promptly. Efficient, well laid out suite with kitchen and living Comfortable bed. Several pools with adequate number of chairs, umbrellas, lots of space, pool toys for kids and nice big towels.

Leaky faucet in bathroom. Would have liked more options for restaurants. We did use Market in the lower level to buy items for quick meals in our suite - a bit pricey, but expected for this area.

The location is perfect for a family, the rooms are comfortable and - in particular the large room with kitchenette - is perfect. The store was great as it had all essentials including free water for guests. The pool is lovely, only draw back is the early closure at night. I would stay there again.

Limited hours of pool use were a draw back as children like to splash about in the evening.

THE POOL ISNT VERY DEEP

I loved the layout of our room! I loved the view from our room! It was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to store our bags at the bell desk while we finished up our sightseeing after checkout before our flight out. The entire staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Seriously good service! The pool was very nice on the one nice day of weather that we had.

EXPENSIVE. Not worth $2,400 for three nights. Definitely not worth paying the extra $120 for the “upgraded” room. The view was the only part worth it. Our room WREAKED like curry. It was unpleasant. We had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door the whole time so housekeeping would stay OUT of our room, but they went in and cleaned it anyway against their own policy. Would’ve been nice to have a safe in the room, knowing now that they would do that.

Excellent, feels like at home. I had a long trip. I requested early check in, and my room was ready. After 8 hours traveling we were very greatful for that!!!

Would improve food variety

We loved the pool and amenities, everything from hotel to staff were very clean and friendly. The pool bar had a good selection of food & drinks. The Marketplace came in handy when we needed something to snack/drink. Our bedroom suite was perfect for the 4 of us, comfortable beds, sofa bed, nice bathroom, great kitchen with everything you need, including a washer/dryer that was a bonus! Overall experience was absolutely wonderful, we can't wait to book again!

This hotel was what we needed as a family for a relaxing/comfortable stay, I have no complaints.

elavator time is too long, when close to checkout time. Big family with lots of luggage, wait for more than 20 minutes to get a empty elevator.
