Free shuttle was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. We had a false alarm during the night but evacuation was smooth and I felt safe the whole time.

Some more information about the shuttle (how to book it, how often it comes) on the hotel website would have been helpful.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. We were able to reserve a spot for the shuttle going back to the airport. The room we stayed in was clean and had enough space for our belongings. The bed and pillows were comfy too. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries too. Staff were friendly and helpful. A water dispenser was available next to the gym. Breakfast was pretty good too. I liked the fluffy, freshly made pancakes, the oatmeal, and yogurt. They also had eggs and sausage patties. Overall, my mom and I enjoyed our stay here! Thanks to all the staff!

Decent amount of options at breakfast, but I do wish they offered rice or bacon and breakfast sausage links. I also wish the shuttle was more spacious. I felt cramped sitting in the corner seat next to others.

The room was clean and had all that we needed for our 1 night stay after returning our car and before catching the plane home. It was a 5 minute walk to the rental car depot and there was a free shuttle on the hour to the airport. The staff were friendly and breakfast included.

There wasn’t a restaurant in the 3 Hilton Hotels that were close together. As we had to return our car the day we stayed we had to walk about 15 minutes to a restaurant along a busy road. Not what we wanted to do after a long day travelling.

Perfect location- not too close or too far from the strip. Right by an ev charging station at the south outlets for me and lots of food, coffee and off the strip options close by. For being right next to the airport it was extremely quiet and the blackout curtains were a bonus. The room was wonderful and cozy, the included breakfast was absolutely fantastic and yummy with all the options we needed. I made a comment to the staff at concierge about including the 2x back to back WNBA champs the Las Vegas Aces on their board with the Golden Knights and the Raiders and next thing I knew they wrote an enthusiastic message in a different color supporting the home team. I appreciated the staff and the stay.

My only comment is that the shower door let water out onto the floor but everything else was pristine.

Location to the airport is perfect! The rooms are small but totally fine if just needing a one night stay for an early flight the next day! Hotel and room was very clean!

Breakfast was okay - nothing fresh, like cut up fruit or anything... but. if you just want to grab something quick before heading to the airport, then it totally serves it's purpose! (They have bagels, eggs in circular form to be used on a bagel of english muffin and a pancake machine (which didn't work - I was very curious about that thing! Ha)

Hotel was clean and modern, as was our room. The desk staff (Barbara) was very friendly and welcoming. The free bottles of water upon arrival were a nice touch. There was a bit of street noise, but it wasn't too bad. The AC was a bit loud, but that actually helped to block out any noise. The breakfast selection was excellent. The free shuttle to the airport, which is so close, was a nice perk. We had asked for rooms close together and got adjoining rooms. We were very happy with our stay here.

The hotel was modern and clean, the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip (it is still american breakfast - but the fruits were fresh and tasty, they had a pancake machine, and in general they had more different food choices than other hotels). The breakfast room was big enough, it was not crowded.

Booking the shuttle from the airport was stressful as we have no telephone flatrate in the US. Therefore we had to pay for the call and it was nearly as much as we would have paid for a uber because we were stuck in the waiting loop for a couple of minutes. I would have much preferred an option to book the shuttle online as there is always a place where one can find free WiFi . After we booked the shuttle we had to wait 25 minutes for it and the pick up point was also not quite clear for us.

I almost cancelled the reservation because I read some negative reviews on Google, but my reservation was only partially refundable, so I decided to keep it. This hotel was surprisingly good. It could be because my expectation was low, but it was clean, quiet ( I could hear the airplane noises because it was close to the airport, but no noises from the adjacent rooms), modern, and the fitness room (open 24 hours) was adequate. For the price, I think it's a great value and I would be happy to stay here again. The location was very convenient.

The room on the sixth floor was very noisy from machinery on the roof but they did change rooms for me.

The pressure of the shower was very low resulting in a a disappointing dribble rather than a decent shower. The breakfast food was very average, but free coffee all day was a bonus. The location is ok if you have a car, the nearest " pub" is a fairly long walk away and in the dark, not ideal. Without a car you are reliant on buses. Riding during the day is ok, but at night there are tramps and drug addicts on the buses. It is too far to walk to the strip from the Hotel. My advice would be to ensure you are registered for Uber.

The first night was good...air blower was loud. The second stay was good but we needed to change rooms. That rooms ac blower was louder! 3rd room was good. I'm a hilton member...watched another member get offered a free water I wasn't offered one. When changing rooms they expected us to pack up bring keys to them and then go to the new room...we said no...give us the new keys...a manager helped us.
