Location: subway station is next to hotel. Many restaurants and attractions are close by. Clean room, comfortable bed.

I booked Premiun room with king size bed, very small room with comfortable bed. However, no view from window, need to keep curtains close because it was looking at inside space, conditioners on lobby roof, and windows of across building. Technically it feels like inside room on cruise. Cannot open shades to daylight due to poor view and total visibility to people across. It is room 216, see photos below. I paid well over $200 for night for that room with no view.

The location was perfect.

The housekeeping never came in our room! Not sure why. They never had enough towels. And we ran out of toilet paper. We called to get some more, they came and brought Kleenex 😂😂😂 and he when we corrected him on what we really needed, he never came back. I wish I was making this up but I’m not. We were not rude or anything like that, it was just incompetence I guess.

Rooms were a relatively decent size for nyc (still a little small but that's nyc), location was good, subway right out front, staff will hold luggage and also give you a flat rate for a cab to the airport. Liked being able to crack the windows open for fresh air. Enjoyed the city view. Love the neighborhood, proximity to the water and pleasant to walk around. Staff was helpful.

No complaints other than police sirens and construction sounds that woke me up each morning at exactly 8am. Not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is situated in Tribeca, adjacent to SoHo. Nearby subway stations. I stayed there with my two children, ages 9 and 11. The staff was wonderful - very helpful and nice. The room met our needs - very comfortable beds, great TV, very clean.

We had a small clog in the bathroom sink, which was promptly fixed. With as many suitcases as we had, the room felt a bit tight, but not too bad.

Out of the hustle and bustle of Mid Town, in a great location to explore both up and down town.

The adjoining restaurant…breakfast on our first morning was so poor that we sent two dishes back…Stone cold, no syrup for the pancakes and over priced. We did not venture into the restaurant again which was a shame…

Location and transportation very accessible. The area is very nice and not too noisy for that city. Lots of restaurants around and sightseeing all over the place.

Front desk at night shift not too friendly. At the very next morning a construction crew was working right outside our window making a lot of noise. But of course this is New York City right?

Loved the location, basic room and facilities but clean and renovated. Very nice and helpful staff. Was delightfully surprised to learn there is a grab and go breakfast offered. Right on the subway too! This is a great budget friendly option for exploring the city. For those a bit apprehensive about driving in Manhattan, you take the Holland Tunnel in and park the car soon after!

Would have liked queen beds better than doubles. My husband said his bed could have been comfier. I was comfortable.

Good location to explore the city either on foot or with the subway. Many good and affordable restaurants in the area. Clean and modern facilities. Good complimentary breakfast with good quality food. Comfortable beds and room temperature. Nice view from the window.

We had to leave a $ 150.00 deposit that we haven't received back yet. At the same time we haven't been debited for the amount for the stay, I would have preferred to have everything settled at checkout.

Great location close in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Place was clean friendly staff and price was good for the area. I recommend this place for sure

Only thing I didn't like is the congestion of traffic on that section of the city. I arrived around 1pm and took me almost 1 ½ hours to get to a parking garage but once I was in I walked and took the train everywhere so it all worked out. That's the city life tho so it is what it is but their fault.
