1) Location was an easy walk to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. 2) Bed was very comfortable. 3) Although the room seemed not to have had any decor updates in decades it was very clean. 4) Staff were very polite and helpful.

1) 1510 apartment needs a paint (white would be really nice) blockout curtains and sound proof windows. When people go on a summer holiday they want to be in a hotel room that feels bright and fresh! 3) Hotel situated close to a corner where 2 streets meet so the people and car traffic is very disruptive when you’re trying to sleep!

The location to everything we needed is great. It isn't a high end resort, however the hotel has everything we need for our stay, and it is the second time we have stayed here. It is clean, tidy and staff are always helpful whenever we need anything. Hassle free check-in, and the 24hr reception is perfect for checking out early hours of the morning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want the resort living, and is needing somewhere to stay while touring the islands. It has a laundry, onsite massages, vending machine for late snacking, microwave and small fridge also. Housekeeping staff regularly stop by for your needs too!

The staff was very nice. They got me into an upgraded room early.

The air conditioner is a little loud. But no big deal

The room fit my needs perfectly . Had a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were also provided. The room was spacious. Had a balcony with a city view. The pool was great. At times I was the only one there. Had laundry facilities on site. This is the third time I e stayed at this property and I will again on a future visit.

Original room on tenth floor had good views and outlook over street. While not the fault of the hotel, the noise from the early morning garbage collection was extremely annoying. At our request we were moved to a similar room at the rear which was considerably quieter, and we were appreciative of the hotels cooperation and assistance. All other services, including provision of beach towels, and the like, were great.

Located conveniently for the main streets, walking distance of main Waikiki amenties/attractions and the beach. A nice sized room with a sofa and coffee table for seating. Having a small fridge was great. Friendly staff. Nice seating area in lobby and to left of check-in desk. Pool area has seating for drinks/snacks.

The finish was often sketchy: paint loose and missing in areas, locks not working, windows that could not be opened/closed, shortage of convenient electrical outlets, narrow gap between dresser and corner of bed, inconvenient shower curtain (sucked in and sticks to body when showering), no light by sofa, electrical wires trailing by kitchenette sink. Potentially dangerous microwave support (support not fixed). Room was noisy at times. Other room doors closed with a bang. Street noise readily heard - construction, trash collection, and general traffic noises. Workers in the building caused noise to rooms. Ice machine located in lobby: ice caused drinks to taste of plastic. Room serviced only twice in 8 night stay.

The location is great and centralized to Waikiki. The room felt a little outdated however (older furniture/applicances). The parking garage was a plus with reasonable fees. Never had a problem with our rental car being there. The hotel from garage, to lobby, then to room was easy to get to.

Considering the nightly rate, it would’ve been nice to have a better view and a more updated room.

Excellent location for value, short easy walk to beach and bus, amazing water cooler , ice machine and DVD machine in lobby, great service for beach towels, awesome having waikiki market around corner(deli like supermarket), staff super friendly and helpful at front desk. Well done., fridge wasn't noisy, great aircon, fan abit loud even on low however wasn't annoying to sleep like other places I've stayed, serviced every 3 days but can ask for more towels snd staff quick and helpful below things are very minor, would happily stay again. For the price exceeded our expectation.

Louvre windows with wind, on lower floors not too bad 😉 maybe let customers know about room servicing, we were very happy though. Also some info on services ie laundry, and about supermarket round corner would be a great addition, and a small brush and shovel in the room to sweep up sand

Rooms have almost everything you need. You font have to spend hundreds of dollars eating in outside. Especially if you have a big family. Rooms have plates, knives, kettle, laundry downstairs. Filtered water in the lobby, cheap bottled water, beach towels, chairs and many other things that really helped us to spend beautiful time in the Paradise.

No ice machine, no coffee machine.
