This hotel impressed with its cleanliness and great spa facilities. The inviting swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were helpful. While there was an issue with the safe and shower upon check-in, the staff addressed it promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

If shopping is a priority for you, be aware that it's a bit farther from the main shopping centres.

It's a great hotel. It's not in the center. There is a highway under the window and it can be noisy. Great breakfast. The room itself is large, cozy, comfortable. There is a spa center and a great pool 20 meters. The parking lot is large.

The spa is the star..i wondered about the high price point but it was defintiely worth it given the world class spa experience with heated pools including massage jets, turkish bath, sauna, steam room and massage therapy!! There is even a state of the art gym :)

Fully up to expectations for a Hilton. The city is very modern, but the castle is a major site and the Seljuk mosque is fascinating--pre-Ottoman mosque with wooden columns ("forest mosque"). Great center for visiting Phrygian sites

Hotel stuff welcomed us very friendly, we quickly pass registration and got help with our luggage. Room was very clean, cozy and nice bed for good sleep.

Cigarette smell in the rooms.

It is very clean, stuff is very kind, brrakfast is good.

Lighting is terrible in room and if you like really hot shower it is not possible, because max water degree is like 40C.

The staff were very helpful. I like the sauna and hot pool.

Sometimes there was a problem to communicate as we do not understand Turkish.

The King Suite was excellent : spotless, clean, and very tastefully decorated. The suite had a nice large sitting room with a good view of the city and water channel, nice bedroom and two bathrooms. Good food in the restaurant.

It would be better if the wardrobe in the room had more than 1 clothes hanger, everything else is great.

As a native of Afyon living abroad, the breakfast it was excellent.Location is close to city center.
