The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the team—how available, friendly, professional, and helpful they are. The welcome cookies are to die for, and the breakfast buffet has a great variety and taste! Location was good for our purpose of visiting the embassy, the pool was lovely, and they did have other facilities like a gym, which unfortunately we didn't get to try.

Honestly, the room was poorly maintained. The mirror was all stained, and there were marks on the desk and dressers, as well as the bedside table and headboards. The space just behind the coffee station was filthy, like they had been cleaning around it but never lifting it. We were 3 guests on the booking, and there were only towels for 2. Considering the prices, I wasn't expecting this.

I love everything about the hotel. The Hotel room is sooo spacious, the toliet is soo modern. The Pool is big and marvellous. You could literally spend the whole day by the pool. Brekafast spread was amazing. The staff is soo courteous and respectful, they followed every single request and they follow up with my expectations through whatsapp chat. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Even though the price is alittle high but its worth the experience and comfort.

Dislike the soft pillows, i had to contact the staff through whatsapp chat to change for a harder pillow. The soundproofing can be improve, i can hear my neighbouring room talking and also the door closing from outside. Other guests walking by along the corridor. Other than these minor incoviences, this hotel has exceeded my expectations miles ahead.

Breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff and a nice room with great view. Pool was also great and gym. Very clean. FO stayed in touch during our stay, which was nice as well.

We joined the buffet for lunch on day of departure, but perhaps should not have done this, as there were things they ran out of like lamb. It was very busy though, so maybe F&B can consider to reject us or only offer a la carte. Could've added coffee to the lunch, however we understand that all those people taking part in the meeting rooms can take theirs there. Also saw that during lunch there were people setting up a dinner and GM had a lunch, which perhaps also made the staff unable to care much about running out of foods.

Very modern, clean property. Staff are amazing, very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. We only stayed two nights, had a room with executive lounge access, free flow drinks for a couple of hours which was much appreciated. Special mention to Zae in the lounge who was really nice. Took time to chat to us while he was taking care of us. Great asset to the hotel. All in all a great stay, very nice property.

Nothing but there was not a lot around outside. You need Grab to move around the city.

Everything was just perfect. The rooms were elegant yet modern, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had variations every day and a great variety of western and asian dishes, the staff was helpful, always smiling and making you feel valued as their guest. Especially Ibe from breakfast staff deserves a positive recognition for her friendly personality. We will definately come back here. The sea grain restaurant is also worth a visit.

The buffets for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spectacular! Really liked the light under the bed. Good light blocking curtains. Spacious shower with great water and temp. Check in was easy and they gave us cookies! Liked the additional security around the property.

It's really hot and still in the pool area because of the wall. It's really close to a mosque so calls to worship interferred with sleep. Hair dryer didn't work. It was replaced but then disappearred again. Wash clothes would have been nice.

During my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta - Diponegoro from June 10 to June 12, I had the pleasure of experiencing not only a great stay but also excellent hospitality and delightful dining at the hotel's ground floor restaurant. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the receptionist, whose name I sadly forgot. At the restaurant, Ibe epitomized warmth and attentiveness, noticing my hesitation at the bread section and immediately offering assistance. Agus quickly addressed my initial discomfort at the entrance by welcoming me warmly and ensuring my coffee preference was met. Nova and Malfa were incredibly responsive, quick, and polite, making the dining experience efficient and pleasant. Daniel at the egg station ensured each guest was satisfied, showcasing his dedication and skill. Abi's cheerful attitude and professional service further enhanced the enjoyable atmosphere. Natashia warmly greeted me on my first night, ensuring a pleasant dinner after a long day of travel. Overall, the exceptional service from both the reception and restaurant staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

A minor issue arose regarding a nurse service charge, which I was not informed about in advance. Despite this, Malik handled the situation professionally, and I suggested to Dilla and Ihsan that guests be informed of any non-complimentary services upfront. The thing that really made us go "wow" was the friendliness of the staff. The Hotel is doing something right to have a team so engaged and proud of the place they work, The team went the full distance for us, and were always welcoming and accommodating. Chandra in the restaurant was outstanding with his service each night. Front desk, pool, restaurant, house keeping and the Concierge desk all went out of their way to ensure we fell in love with the property and its staff.

I choose this hotel because they have a huge swimming pool but at the end I don't have time to use it. It was really a good hotel with friendly staff, unique lobby, very good good good good breakfast. You can enjoy it near to swimming pool. But I think the room was quiet small for the price they are selling. But my experience was really good and has a strategic location. Definitely will coming back to have a staycation not for the transit.
