We stayed at this hotel only one night, being in transit to Ohrid. It is 2.5 km from the city center, but it was not a problem that we went by car. The hotel and the room were rated 10 with congratulations. Everything is beautifully decorated in traditional style, clean linen, balcony overlooking the parking lot and sufficient and delicious breakfast with local products. We ate dinner at the tavern next door, which belongs to the family. The tavern is surrounded by tangerines and oranges, very nice. We highly recommend this beautiful family hotel.

This apartment is very beautiful, and many of the furnishings are exquisite. It is very lovely, and it is a very tasteful collector. Thank you very much for your rich and delicious breakfast, and also thank you to the boss for being willing to "accommodate" us for an extra hour😍 (because we have to take the afternoon bus) If we have another chance, we will definitely visit again and recommend friends to come. Just 5-min walking distance to the inter-city bus terminal (but 30-to-45 minute walk to the main center), this family-run place is your top choice if you carry heavy luggage. The whole family is nice and helpful. Room is simple, but clean and well equipped. Its breakfast is a huge surprise; portion is plentiful and with home-made jams and local produce

Its room come with a balcony with great open views, but rooms are not sound-proof and you could hear next door quite easily. But tourists staying here dont party at night neither. So minor issue.

We had a great stay at the hotel, it was by far the best accommodation we came across in Albania. The rooms and the furniture are high quality, comfortable and spotless clean and as described. The breakfast was very good with different options and the whole family made sure that we had a good stay. The town center is 30 mins walk or you can take a bus or taxi, there is a restaurant beside the hotel, if you want to stay in for the night.

The place was super cozy and in a traditional style, at the same time very fresh. Owners were awesome and welcome to us. We liked this place as a group. The only thing — the place might get some quiet music on a background on the first floor, but even having breakfast in Peaceful silence is comfortable and doesn’t make it sad. I would recommend this place as 11 of 10 for the price you pay and service you get. Also you can pay here in card🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍👍

Our family had a lovely stay at Hotel Kaceli. It was a very quiet location, and our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was really delicious with a nice spread brought right to our table and the service was wonderful. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, which was really great. We noticed it was always busy with lots of local patrons, which is good sign.

The only downside for us was that it was a short drive into the town where most of the sites were, and parking could be tough. But it was an ideal location for driving to local wineries and other sites around Berat.

This is probably the best hotel with reasonable price you can get if you are travelling by bus! The hotel is only a few minutes from Berat bus terminal! The room was super huge, with nice decoration! There is even a balcony - though it's facing the main road. We also like the bathroom a lot - clean and large. The breakfast was great - with great portion and different varieties!

Quite a lot of flies around - but it might be due to the season

The hotel is located outside old town, 5 min by car and has got beautiful countryside. The family that owns it is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable , just like in the pictures. The breakfast was amazing, all with local and homemade products. We loved our stay and we will definitely repeat if we come back to berat.

Everything was perfect

The room, the owners, the breakfast - outstanding! If you're in the area, absolutely worth staying there. The room felt like a folktale with a proper, European standard bathroom at the same time. The amount and quality of breakfast was unbelievable, homemade products. If you're travelling by car and don't fancy driving in city (centers) of Albania, the location of this place is perfect. I left my car safely parked there and walked to the center, it's about 20-30 min. I stayed at several places in Albania during my round-trip and this is so far the best one. Great work!

Very nice family run hotel. Gives attention to detail in rooms. Very cozy. Screens in windows. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Breakfast was a very good selection. Owners are very helpful.

Restaurant next door not very good. Food doesn't taste fresh. I asked for rice at 2100 to eat and was told it was finished!
