Berat! So beautiful place to visit by day and by night - I think this was the one of the most memorable places we have visited by now. 1. Location: close to the center, we parked the car inside and walk to the center. 2. Accommodation: good, not the best, but good value for money. Pleased with the room size and bed size as well. Clean all over the place. Other areas: they have a terrace and a bar, which is handy, one can smoke or have a drink and a chat there. 3. Bathroom: good size, with everything at hand, proper towel support, clean. 4. WIFI: good, we've been able to confirm next accommodations and have a live video chat with our family. 5. Breakfast: Good, nothing spectacular. 6. Staff: friendly people.

1. Location: a bit tricky to find, but this is a general issue in Albania: neither Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze or Maps.me were precise enough to find the properties on the first attempt. 2. Accommodation: the aircon placement in the room is not good - the airflow is coming straight to the bed. I don't understand why people/owners do this: did they tested the aircon on themselves? Do they know that the air from the aircon should come indirectly to the guests? The air flow shouldn't be felt.

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. Location is perfect in Boulevard Republica. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It’s a kind of family business. The room A/C was not working properly, so they changed my room to Room 203. Good room with nice view to the boulevard where many people walk all the day. Wi-Fi is excellent. Breakfast in 1st floor, between 8-10 am. We were the first visitors. Decent breakfast, served by mom and daughter. Great place to stay.

Hotel is in good condition with 24 h hot water and a very good breakfast in the morning with tasty food. Location is very central and all to see is within a walking distance. Hotel is far from traffic and very calm. A family runner facility and all staff very professional and caring. Above all the bed is comfortable and very neat and clean. If I go to Berat again without any doubt I will book this hotel again of course if I can. Because it seems everytime busy.

Everything nice

Clean and spacious room. Lovely and courteous staff. Breakfast has got a lot of variety. With the walking area in front of the cafe, it gets very lively in the evening. All attractions are at a walkable distance.

The parking is a bit hard to find. The signs on the main road are very small and gets hidden under the trees. The owners should do something to fix and make it more visible

We had such lovely time at the hotel we met Beqo Miranda and Remi who where at the reception they where really helpful who they showed our room and not to miss out they where very lovely people we enjoy the time , when ever we had any question they would help us by showing the tourist places and where to go. I'm really satisfied with the hotel the breakfast was delicious, rooms where so confrtable The perfect place from which to explore. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. . The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and , buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be backand really worm the saty was unforgettable I have never enjoy so much saty at hotel like I have this time in Berat I would recommend to everyone.

Great base to explore the traditional town of Berat. The hotel is run by a kind and welcoming family, eager to comfort your stay with a neat and clean room in this historic sight. Wake up in the morning with the smell of a wide variety of Albanian finest dishes for breakfast. Meet some locals in the evening in the hotel's bar while their kids are playing in the streets. Don't worry about any noise, the air conditioned room will grant you some great sleep.

Close to all landmarks & hotel situated on main boulevard so easy to just walk out and stroll around, friendly staff, good breakfast

Tricky to getting to hotel parking first time. It's behind hotel Colombo Berat by turning into coordinate 40.7015307, 19.9559107 in google maps. The road into parking is quite narrow with many cars parking along. No kettle & coffee in the room.

The location is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the city and surrounding mountains. The staff's hospitality was great, providing top-notch service with genuine smiles. The room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a touch of local charm. The amenities were extensive, and the on-site dining surpassed my expectations. Every detail was meticulously attended to, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berat; it's an experience worth every penny!

Nice family run hotel with very pleasant staff. It's located within walking distance to the 3 quarters of Berat and the main promenade. We also enjoyed the rich buffet style breakfast and the possibility to park the car next to the hotel. All in all, it is excellent value for money.

Not enough hangers in the bathroom

Excellent location. Very close to bars, restaurants and main square. Five minutes away from the city's information and bus stop from and to the intercity bus station. Very clean, modern and spacious room. Wonderful staff. Excellent value.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. My suggestion for the future is to consider having a traditional food restaurant as they already have an amazing terrace bar. And the shower pressure was a bit challenging.
