Amazing!! Welcoming, comfortable, immaculately clean and well located. There wasn't much more you could ask for from a place on Berat! Would definitely stay again and great for groups with different rooms. Arbri helped organise taxi's to wineries which was easy and seamless.

Finding the villa was a bit tricky off google maps. It's on the road closest to the stadium. Sign is on the gate. Look for the blue villa.

Lovely room with a balcony, the hosts were very welcoming and would do anything to improve your stay. The breakfast was delicious and accompanied by a beautiful setting out on the balcony at the front of the house with views of the lovely garden. Will definitely stay here again if back in Berat!

Nice quiet location, still within walking distance of the town. Great, secure place to park the car. We had a lovely balcony, as well as shared use of a larger balcony where we enjoyed breakfast on the second morning. The breakfast is great. The staff were so friendly.

The WiFi connection wasn't great in our room, but we didn't really mind.

rooms were clean, bathroom excellent but the garden space was just a peaceful retreat to sit and have a drink as the sun goes down. no sunset but still calming.

only negative is sat nav didn’t get us to the right place. 5 mins searching we found it

The rooms were very clean and neat, very nicely arranged. The property has an enclosed courtyard and a beautiful garden and breakfast included in the price which is also a huge advantage. In addition, it is about 15 minutes walk from the most important district of Berat. The owner is a wonderful and cordial person. Highly recommended :)

Everything was perfect. The 4 bed room was clean, enough towels and space, beds were comfortable, the shower great. The breakfast was very delicious. The host lady was very nice. Highly recommend!

Only the light in the room was poor and there was no real coffee for breakfast (just nescafe).

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay for a few nights with a large balcony to enjoy. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. Greeted us on arrival and assisted with anything we needed such as arranging taxis.

Location is great for a peaceful stay outside of old town. But if you don't have a car you will need to walk 15-20 mins to get to the main centre.

The host it’s an absolute angel !! We were large group of 6 people, and no matter what request we would have, that the host would do what’s in his power immediately to help us and with a huge smile on his face. We were, a bit needy customers and still that man had all the patience for us !! Can’t recommend enough!! Also the room was clean, huge and very comfortable. Great location

A very clean accommodation and a very friendly host. Room for our family of 5 was spacious and aircon worked well. We could park on site. But the bonus was the breakfast in the beautiful garden.

It’s a bit of a walk to town. Appr 10/15 mins with kids.

We loved the garden. The place is beautifully maintained and everything was clean. The staff was nice. Parking was a bit tricky but it worked out fine.

It is a 30 minute walk to the old town which didn't bother us. The entrance is a bit difficult to find but can be solved with a short phone call.
