The day shift front desk staff commitment to do their best on servicing us and 6 of our reasonable requests was exceptional. They are a keeper, great job!

The bathtub wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Yellow stains everywhere. Also I had to request an iron and iron table because they weren't part of room facilities. The staff had to borrow it from another hotel.

One of the guys at reception was especially helpful and forthcoming with useful information, but everyone was else was friendly too. We loved the views from breakfast room/terrace on the top floor - wonderful!

Everything was great, but for me personally the pillows were too high to be confortable

Good location next to the river, near the bridge across the river where there are nice restaurants and a few minutes from the road up to the castle. Top floor rooms have a private balcony and a nice view. Breakfast is good and served on the top floor.

The breackfast is served on the top floor with a great view over the city. It is loccated in a very nice area near bars and restaurantes and it is easy to access by car. The room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly

The shower cabinette was very small.

Full breakfast was excellent, including a buffet of juices, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and pastry. The location is perfect, in the city center near everything. View of the river and mountains is great.

The wifi was not great - intermittent connectivity. If you are dependent upon the internet for any reason, be warned. I didn't need it for work, so the issue was only an inconvenience.

Delightful and easy check in - parking right in front of the hotel and help with bags to a lovely room with a view on the top floor. Very generous and tasty breakfast included and served on the verandah overlooking the ottoman houses. Our host was kind and helpful, providing useful information on the town and being there at all times. Berat is well worth a 2 day stopover, the climb to the castle worth it but best in the morning or evening. Lili homemade food excellent but busy so book if possible. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Very nicely located hotel, free parking, brilliant breakfast on balcony - I really like this hotel and recommend it fully!! Brilliant, 1a!!!

THE BEST HOTEL IN ALBANIA The hotel location is on the main boulevard(practically you can’t find another hotel located so centraly)with available parking spaces just infront the main entrance.Staff was really professional and helpful they gave us every information we needed about the city bars restaurants historical part.The breakfast was magnificent with a view overlooking the old city and the castle,and the rooms we absolutely loved them.Definitely to come back.

Some trouble with the toilet flushing - must be careful when pushing the flush buttons.
