Lovely big and airy property with quite a ‘grand’ feel to it; all very spacious and loads of free parking. Staff were absolutely fantastic - I arrived late and they had everything waiting for me; i fancied a quick beer before turning in and although everything was shut they went and got me a bottle; at breakfast I was the only person in there (I didn’t breakfast till 930) and they offered to make what I fancied - in the end they made a fresh omelette with feta and sausage with olives and other salad veg with way more toast than I could eat). Service was absolutely brilliant - everyone so attentive.

For the price it’s really hard to find fault but for me I think the bathroom is a bit small and probably is due updating - but saying that I’ve paid far more and had far smaller and more dated bathrooms. End of the day all clean and working in there so what do you need.

Good handcrafted coffee and is included with the breakfast.

We had 5 rooms and almost everyone had something not working, such as AC, toilet didn’t flush properly. Only some of staff very accommodating. Some didn’t understand English, not too convenient. No elevator.

Nice place nice people very friendly and helpful staff specially the receptionist barman! Everything that we needed we had it ! Treated us like family !

Breakfast was poor, but probably because there were not many guests during my stay. It is understandable that they did not want to waste for the sake of serving a few people.

We felt we had been clickbaited because they mentioned a pool view for the room.. but we couldn't see the EMPTY swimming-pool from our room.

Comfortable beds, hotel was clean and modern Breakfast was really nice

The air con was broken however they offered alternative room and gave complementary bottles of water for the inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly and really looked out for their guests. It was a beautiful building and a very comfortable stay.

Hotel was better than i thought. Good value for money.

Shower floor was dirty, not because of cleaning, because of time.. yellow 😬 and there was only one pair of flipflops and one shower rope (hanging there- i dont know was it clean or dirty), even i booked room for 2 persons..

This hotel is very nicely decorated and so are the rooms. Large very comfortable bed and nice pillows. Breakfast had a choice and a generous serving. New garden area, bar & breakfast will be a nice addition to the warmer months.

2 levels of stairs, no lift. Heating system wasn't warm enough for the zero temperatures in our room. Communication with staff was difficult here.

This is the best in Elbasan. The rooms are nice and the staff are super helpful. They all go out of their way to satisfy customers. This will be my second home when travelling here. I highly recommend it
