Location: It was roughly 28 minutes drive from the airport. That suited me as my flight arrived late. The hotel itself is close to most things I needed. The bus terminal was downstairs, taxi rank was next to it. There were shops, restaurants and coffee shops all nearby. Staff: The staff team was amazing. Xhuli, the lady who checked me in, went above and beyond to ensure I had the most comfortable experience. Malvina, who is part of the management, agreed for me to check out at 3pm, due to the time of my outbound flight. And there were Redjana, Mariol and Bernard who were all wonderful. They'd get up on their feet to acknowledge every guest who approached the reception desk. I cannot fault the staff team on anything at all. Special mention to the cleaning ladies as well. Facilities: The hotel itself is clean, absolutely immaculate. Pictures don't do it justice. The rooms look smaller in pictures but they are actually of a decent size. There was adequate storage, working shower, clean toilet and good lighting. I didn't have the adapter because of my UK plug, but Xhuli provided me with two.

For me it was your staff, you were so great, helpfull, and kind, You helped me with breakfast at 4 AM! You were amazing when we needed to park the car! ALL of you were very very kind to us, Even the woman who was cleaning our room was nice! All the trouble made by the security off the mall, and you helped us, The last collegue, told me we could whastapp you ANYTIME even if we were not in Albania anymore, if we had ANY cuestions, we could call you. I absolutly love your staf! The room and hotel were amazing too, The room was with enough space, was clean, and the bed was GREAT! The location was everything! The mall next door was the best option we had, I spend almost 4 days in albania, and so how many hotels there were in the Whole country, We went from Gjirokaster to Shkoder and all the way up in the snow, Every night we came back to Tirana.. And i am glad we did! I am glad we had the chance to stay with you! I think we could not have chosen better. I think the hotel manager is very lucky with such a great staff!

The location is brilliant if you need to take a coach somewhere, the coach station is literally below the Hotel but the room was so quiet you wouldn’t have known! The breakfast was delicious a lot of choice and this included really nice coffee, the hotel is located right near Albania’s largest shopping mall which is really good for an explore and if you need to kill some time. The staff are exceptional - especially Julia, she is so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience fantastic! Julia is a credit to the whole team and her customer service is the best I have ever received

Nothing - everything was brilliant!

A new and clean hotel directly connected to the bus terminal. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff are all very kind, any questions about accommodations or not are answered 24 hours a day via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring for foreigners.

Unfortunately the toilet was not cleaned properly after the previous guest's use. This was my case, but during my three-night stay, I participated in different tours on two days.Since this hotel was quite far from the center, I was not picked up and had to go to the center myself, which was stressful as I was in an unfamiliar place. In this regard, this is just my case.

I was at the Metro Hotel for only one night as I had to catch a bus. It is the perfect location for international travelers who depend on the bus system. The staff is fantastic, my room was clean and comfortable. It is a new facility so I expected everything to be clean and in good repair, but I believe the staff cares and will maintain a high level of service and care in the future. And of course The East Gate Mall is only a few steps away! The public transportation system runs several buses throughout the day to the mall and to the bus station. The perfect location for a stopover on your journey to international locations!

The attendant at the cafeteria-style in-house dining was very kind and helpful. There is not yet enough business to make the experience very good. I truly wish them great success for the future. The food service needs improvement, The breakfast, which was included with my stay, was very good, offering a variety of options, many cold choices as well as eggs and meat.

I liked that everything was super clean !!! It looked like that we entered to a new completely hotel. The people who worked at the hotel were super nice and friendly , really no words !!! The breakfast also was good. Also the bus station was under the hotel. So we took bus to Center. Unfortunately, there is no bus to the airport - only taxi, but you can take bus to the center and from the center you can take another bus to the airport. Also we could take some cookies to the room in the evening, tea, water so it was very kind 🥰

The credit card machine didn’t work and we needed to give cash only or transfer. So I made a transfer and needed to pay for exchange plus for transfer and also couldn’t buy anything from the hotel with credit card, and it felt not comfortable- I don’t like to pay with cash. Plus some stuff didn’t work in the room when we arrived - like kettle, hairdryer and the air conditioner was only on cold but when we said it - we immediately got a new room.

The hotel was at a very convenient location easy to reach and close to all the facilities. We rented a car and it was great location to go everywhere we wanted to go to central and other cities that we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, great size rooms, very hospitable staff and good breakfast. Overall the entire family really enjoyed our stay.

At times it used to get quite warm in the rooms as the central air conditioning was turned off but that is expected as we were visiting from UK and for them it was quite cold.

The room was exactly as described. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable - slept very well. Staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Stayed 2 nights. It is a great location if you are arriving or leaving Tirana through Tirana East Gate Bus Station (the international bus station). The hotel sits within the same complex and is 2 minutes walk away - just follow the signs, go up the escalator and cross the small square. Despite being close to the bus station and next door to the TEG Shopping Centre (shops, ATMs, Foreign Exchange office and restaurants) it was very quiet at night time and windows are well insulated. The hotel was fully booked, but I didn't hear any noise from rooms next door. Breakfast was included, which made it very good value. If you are travelling onward into the city, ask at reception as they have a discount for the taxi operator. I also got some work done at the desk in the room. Wifi was fine. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good.

Hospitality, helpfulness, price advantage, location advantage, full cleanliness. The room, spotlessly clean bed, tea machine, two bottles of ice water in the fridge were waiting for me. The biggest shopping mall in Tirana is nearby. Extremely fast internet. Delicious vegetarian breakfast, hot freshly baked pastries. The bathroom is super luxurious. Spotlessly clean towels and bathrobes. If you are going to other countries, you should definitely stay here because the terminal is 5 minutes away and the buses leave early at 6 am. Otherwise, you will have a hard time making it. From here, you can easily go to Montenegro, Kosovo, Skopje and return on the same day. Lastly, the ladies and men working there are very polite. There is also Julia, she is very hospitable, solves problems immediately, and also knows English and other languages. Since I speak English, she communicated with me in English. If you are learning English, you can practice your English very well by creating a conversation environment with her, and sometimes she even offers coffee, I am telling you.

Property is located within the shopping centre. Free parking and if you need to go into Tirana the bus station is 2 minutes from reception. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We went into Tirana for the evening they said if you .message us we can order a taxi for you. The taxi was prompt and only wanted to charge us 6 euro for 15 -20 minute ride. We fave him 10 euro and he was over the moon. Breakfast served just off reception with plenty of choice. On the outskirts of Tirana but main roads are outside hotel to get everywhere. Good value for money and very clean. Staff where brilliant 👏
