The location was great - just near the pyramid. The hotel was clean. Reception staff were super helpful. Breakfast was nice. There is a great restaurant just a few doors down (Ferdinand(?)) if you don't fancy walking far. Organised a taxi to and from the airport (extra charge). We could check in early. Reasonably priced mini bar. Toiletries. View of the city and mountains. Comfy bed.

It was fairly noisy; you could hear traffic a lot and other guests. We played white noise to sleep. The hotel advertises in the rooms that there are meals available but this is not the case. Would have helped to have milk in the rooms. There was not a lot to dislike.

We had the perfect stay at the Mulaj Hotel. The staff go out of their way to make everything perfect, they are so pleasant and helpful, an absolute credit to the hotel. They even brought a birthday cake to our room for my wife's 50th and sang Happy Birthday to her!!! The hotel rooms are perfect size with fantastic balcony views. Breakfast is great, you have a selection of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, bread and pancakes plus you can order a freshly made omelette as well. The location of the hotel is spot on, literally 10 mins walk from all major attractions. All in all a perfect place to stay and we will be returning.

Absolutely nothing

The panorama view over the city and the mountain from the balcony is stunning. The sunset hour is one reason to book this hotel. You really feel the city vibe without leaving your room from the balcony. The staff is very helpful and the car parking service is a big plus, especially in the narrow streets where the hotel is. The rooms are very modern and there are plenty of shelves and desks to put your things, they have thought clever concerning the interior design.

The breakfast staff is a bit slow and I came down at the end of the breakfast hour and they had not refilled most food. A bit poor selection but you have the basics though.

Centrally located in Tirana. Very close to the pyramid, Hoxha's house and Skandeberg Square. In a quiet side street, located on 2 floors of a multi story building. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Adequately sized room. Comfy bed. Lovely shower with plenty of toiletries. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Young receptionist helped sort our tv out when we reported no signal. Breakfast was buffet style in reception area. Plenty of variety both hot and cold.

Sadly, because it was low season, the bar and restaurant were still under construction despite being advertised on booking.com that they would be open. Not a major problem as there was a lovely bar across the road that served drinks and snacks.

I booked that hotel once more after a very positive initial experience. Again, I was positively surprised. The room was even better than the first time, on the 14th floor, with a balcony. Amazing city view, good size, great value. Very clean, comfortable mattress, TV with all programmes I like, bathroom fully equipped (best from all 4 star hotels I experienced in Albania). Very polite and helpful staff, 10 stars for customer service but also for taking care of cats and kittens that are coming for breakfast every day. It says a lot about your empathy, humanity, and positivity. It gives a good impression. You are a good people and I will always choose your hotel when in Tirana.

Reception staff is very friendly and try to halp guest always. Breakfast is very good. Apartments units are very large, clean, comfort, functional. Ther is a very large amount of replacement supplies provided. Soundproof windows. Quiet AC and heater. Full kitchen appliances. Location I thin is one of the best from Tirana, very close to restaurants, supermarkets and tourist main attractions. Very safe area.

Shower. Is a challeng to have hot water, that comes and goes as it wants. The hot water flow suddenly disappears for minutes until, by magic, returns. You have to pay attention not to be injured by this.

Excellent hotel. Communication with hotel was easy and prompt. Check in was straightforward with a friendly and helpful night manager. Room was great, spacious, clean and bright. City and mountain view from the balcony. Helpful advice from reception about restaurants and bars (it was around midnight) Breakfast was very good with enough options for all our party. All staff during our stay were friendly, helpful and professional (have to mention Klavia😀) Excellent location, and great value, would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

Location is amazing, in the center of Tirana next to all major sights. There is lots of options for taxi and public transport to get to other places in the city. Airport transfer is available for €20- and it is cheaper than regular taxi price. The room was comfortable, clean and had all necessary amenities. Staff is also very friendly and is ready to help at any time. The breakfast is basic but OK.

Breakfast: It would be better if it was clear whether the breakfast (meats) is halal. The staff did not know for sure… maybe they can check the packaging and tell the guests when they ask next time.

The perfect location in Tirana to see the main attractions and to visit restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful - organising taxis, giving directions to the nearest bank machines and cable car etc. The hotel breakfast was good (yoghurt, pastries and local delicacies) and they have water stations placed around the building as you cannot drink the tap water in Albania. Tip: visit Oda restaurant for food, do a walking tour and bring a hat for the heat/sun!

Breakfast coffee was average but not a problem.

The team was very professional and friendly. I had several logistics questions while planning this first visit to Tirana combined with adventures in Northern Albania. The Mulaj reservation team was exceptionally helpful with great information and timely response to all my questions. Ultimately, thanks to the Mulaj team I got in touch with a phenomenal guide for the adventure part of my visit. The Mulaj team also organized my transfer in from the airport. This was a great decision, that proved vey convenient when , unfortunately my flight on Air Albania from Istanbul to Tirana got canceled, rescheduled a couple of times and finally delayed. Throughout this process, I arrived to Tirana two days later than planned. However, my transfer in was smooth and stress free thanks to continued support via this app! What a way to own your job and assist a first time visitor to your country! Thank you so much Mulaj Team! Rooms and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 10 out of 10!
