I recently stayed at this wonderful family-run hotel in Tirana while recovering from my rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, making me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were perfect for my recovery. The team went above and beyond to look after me after my surgery—bringing delicious meals and plenty of water to my room, helping me with anything I needed, and even arranging taxis when required. Their kindness and genuine care truly made all the difference during my stay. The location is also fantastic, close to great restaurants and shops, making it super convenient. They also have amazing spa facilities, which I, unfortunately, couldn’t use due to my surgery, but I would definitely give them a try otherwise. If you’re visiting Tirana, whether for leisure or medical reasons, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I recently stayed at New W Hotel in Tirana and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel instantly at home. Whenever we needed information—whether about local sights, restaurants, or directions—they provided it immediately and with a smile. The room itself was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, offering every comfort we could ask for. The location is ideal: close enough to reach the city’s main attractions quickly, yet tucked away just enough to feel calm and relaxed. On top of that, the on-site parking is excellent—spacious, secure, and very easy to access, which is a huge plus in Tirana. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was consistently impressive, and every interaction with the team reinforced how committed they are to guest satisfaction. In short, New W Hotel is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Tirana. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice,nice bar and lovely staff,I might be biass because I am an adopted Albanian(married to one)and have been to Albania for the past 10 years,due to a family loss we had to stay in a hotel as house was filled with people visiting for funeral and I have young children.Staff speaks English and as usual for Albanian people,they are caring and nice and go above and beyond.You can exchange money for the day at the reception at a fair rate,have them call you a taxi for wherever you want to go and nothing is to much trouble.

Only downside is our room had sliding doors to a communal balcony,and didn’t have curtains to the outside On the “kids room”and whilst the windows are somewhat tinted,you could still see inside..I am sure you could ask for a solution but for me it was fine as was mainly the one bedroom which was private that we used,as we had a huge bed to share.

A M A Z I N G ! At first the neighborhood seemed old and not very good taken care of. But the hotel is nothing like that. It's modern - imediatly you have a feeling of safety. The room was large, light and VERY clean. It's a family owned hotel, of three brothers: the one more friendly and serviceminded than the other. They are very welcoming and heart-warmed people. Everything is possible- just ask! Especially two of the employees from the reception made our stay the best. Rexhina og Elio are wonderful people. Er defintly will be back !

The location was very near the city centre, the breakfast had a variety of things you could get (I was so thrilled just by looking at it, every day some speciality), the staff was the best I’ve encountered so far! Everyone so kind and friendly, you could feel home. The welcoming, the guide, the punctuality, the warm conversations were the highlight of our stay! The room was very spatious and we had a big bottle of water as a welcoming with a very special line written in it (which i want to keep it as a secret😆). Definitely will come back again and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking for an unforgettable experience in Tirana!

The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are spacious with nice big showers and it’s situated right next to a beautiful park. The hotel staff are super hospitable. Donny and his family really do their best to take care of you and make sure you’re comfortable during your stay there, we had nice chats to all of them. The chef makes lovely food which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend staying here, if I ever find myself in Tirana again I’ll know where to go! 😊

Everyone was really nice to us. All the staff were so kind, we very much liked the food from the Italian chef and the breakfast was super extended, best one from our trip! Location is so close to many interesting spots to visit. We liked the Tirana Park, pretty big and many nice bars / restaurants in it!

Unfortunately they choose to make the building black from the outside and the inside. It was pretty dark and the heat, oof!! The airco couldn't really cope. Curtains were kept closed all day, but the sun on all those windows, nope, not that smart of a design.

The room was perfect, especially for the price. Good parking options. Really close to the centre, about 15 minutes of walking. In case that is too far you can order a cab at the reception. They help you with everything 24/7. The breakfast tastes really good and there is a lot of variation. The owners took their time to meet us and were really honest people. They mentioned this being their family business and you could see and notice the passion for the hotel. Thank you for the perfect stay Doni!

Enjoyed a brilliant short stay at the New W Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout with owners Edmund and his brothers adding a very personal touch. Our room was as luxurious as any hotel room we have ever stayed in, had a beautiful bathroom with a most refreshing and invigorating shower. The bed itself was amongst the best and made for a very comfortable sleep. It’s amazing to think that each of their rooms have their own unique style which is very rare to find in today’s standard hotel offerings.

New W is a wonderful hotel to stay at, located across from the major lake of Tirana, the traffic is mild and walking distance to the main portion of the city as well as many restaurants, night life and amazing places in Tirana. The breakfast was amazing, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Parking is on site and easy to park the car without stress. Hot water for days, large showers, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The rooms are large, and the owners are very friendly and active in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, if you want to be a bit out from the city but not too far. Unique name, unique hotel, enjoy your stay. Thanks for accommodating us!
