I recently stayed at the Maritim Hotel Plaza, and it was my fourth stay since last year. This hotel continues to impress me with its excellent service and facilities. One standout feature is the convenience of its massive 4-floor underground parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly efficient and eager to help with any request. Check-in took only two minutes, and we were quickly assisted with our luggage up to the room. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious at 52 square meters. It was a corner room with large windows offering a great view of the city. The room itself was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was friendly and consistently excellent. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. There was a wide range of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Joan (if I recall her name correctly), were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of the city. Directly across the road is a shopping mall that has everything from A to Z, including a supermarket. Next to the mall is a lively walking street filled with restaurants and bars, making it perfect for dining out and enjoying the local atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s SPA services, including a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The treatments were of a high standard, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making it a truly relaxing experience. Overall, Maritim Hotel Plaza is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service, modern amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Maritim Hotel Plaza in the heart of Tirana. We stayed in a Superior Double Room on the 19th floor, and the view was breathtaking. The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely luxurious, with every little detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. One of the highlights was the spa – beautifully maintained, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. It truly added a 5-star touch to our stay. The breakfast was another standout. Everything was of top quality, fresh, and incredibly delicious, from traditional options to international dishes, it catered to all tastes. The location couldn’t be more central, making it super easy to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in Tirana. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, cleanliness, and top-tier service in the center of the city. We’ll definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. I don't like using the word "perfect" but now I have to - our stay was perfect. The central location. The spacious, comfortable and clean room. Bathrobes, slippers, water bottle and all. Excellent breakfast with everything you can desire. And great coffee! One of the best hotel gyms I've ever used during my world travels. The personnel is professional, kind and courteous. Including the airport transfer service. As a bonus, the Casino at level -1, my husband was happy about that. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We will return.

Good location with very attentive concierge.

Staff and rooms were great. Free upgrade from standard room to a suite was much appreciated. Also we’d asked for no feathers pillows and bed covers in our two rooms and literally a few minutes after we’d arrived, the housekeeping manager came round to check. Very impressive. Great location and 5 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and other tourist attractions. All parts of the hotel were very clean and in particular our rooms. Prices were very reason Suripean standards.

A few small service flaws. Examples - non-communication at concierge re booking a taxi for an excursion and also booking a restaurant. Also in the breakfast buffet the food containers were quite often not being refilled quickly. This morning I stood around for 10 minutes waiting for the scrambled eggs to be refilled and I’d noticed the same yesterday. No teaspoons or sweeteners. 5 star hotels should not have the above issues. That said, it did not detract from our stay to any serious degree and the variety and quality of the food was very good.

My bag got delayed in the airport for 5 days Just a small tip, don't trust that the Airport will deliver it, just go there yourself and search and this is amazing advice I got from the hotel concierge but the hotel by itself had ZERO mistakes
