The breakfast was amazing! The best we had during our trip across Albania. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy it, since we had to catch our flight. Would have been great if it started at 7h instead of 7.30h. The pool is nice, with towels at the pool and the location is nice with the lake next to the hotel. Not a lot of restaurants in the very near neighborhood, so we used room service, which was very good and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and beds very good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Quiet small though, would have been nice to have a bit more space.

It was all good, the only thing if I had to come up with something would be the location, but not much of an issue, we only stayed one night before leaving Albania.

Lovely relaxing way to finish our holiday. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds extremely comfortable (both at the outdoor pool and in our room). Good range at breakfast. Bit of a walk to the centre, but that was our choice. And the rooms were so soundproof we heard nothing and had a fantastic sleep. Would have been great to have a bit more time here to really enjoy the facilities on offer.

Things were unclear about where to order drinks when by the pool.

Breakfast , but most importantly the service at the breakfast very poor. Completely different from the service offered at the check in desk.

The facilities are absolutely spot on, including brand new Italian furniture in the rooms that really catches the eye. Breakfast was marvelous with a large variety including traditional Albanian "petulla". Staff is very friendly and helpful and the service at the restaurant is very good. The location is also very good. It is not in the center, but is located near a lake with beautiful view from the balcony. It is also very quiet.

Perhaps the only thing that needs improvement related to the TV service. There is a very limited availability of channels on the room TV, mostly just Albanian television channels. A bigger variety must be included. Additionally, it is not wise to have a big screen TV and limit on the installed applications. That must also be fixed.

travelling alone the radisson is ideal. staff always on hand. the hotel decor and rooms are lovely. everything you need is provided. i find tirana quite a noisy city but the radisson is slightly off the busy roads and has good soundproofing. it’s a high quality hotel but also is laid back. rooms would cost 3 or 4 times as much in UK

The service is high quality, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff always helping you, the rooms are great, the pool also. 10/10 would recommend

the hotel is magnificent and the staff as well, they are all very kind respectable and warm behavior. cleaning done every day without asking. the breakfast facilities is impressing. everything in my residence the Radisson was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. Quite a distance from the city centre about 45min walk (acceptable for us but not much around the hotel to eat and drink at).

Parts of the hotel dated- worn carpets and bits of decor in need of update.

It’s handy for where I need to be. It’s very clean and new.

The service is always very slow and you need to ask a waiter to approach you also room service take forever to answer phone!
