The views were serene, in the hotel and outside... The room had an amazing finish, the receptionists were excellent people. The neighbourhood was really good and beautiful at night.

I think it should CLEARLY be disclosed that the rooftop pool is not accessible. It was the whole reason for booking the stay hence we had to leave after one night.

Amazing Hotel situated in private residential area (u can access free telling to the security man at the entrance that u have a reservation at the Hotel), in my opinion one of the best Hotel in Europe and the best one in Albania. The permanent in the hotel is like an experience that u must have to try. Room with an amazing design and view on the city; incredible rooftop with restaurant and swimming pool; private parking lot; very quiet area.

Staff is not very professional for this type of Hotel (5 stars Hotel must need professional Staff)

Facilities, pool, bar and room

Staff turned away a couple from the sun beds by the pool saying it was reserved. There were 6-8 free sun beds all day. I didn’t like that for that couple.

The hotel is very new, about five months per the receptionist. Hence, the facilities are very clean and new. The vibe is sexy and modern. The view from the rooftop is SICK! Just to have the opportunity to have the bird's eyeview of Tirana is priceless! Click away and have your IG moments in the infinity pool and the breathtaking views! Certain things also need to be improved: making sure you have the numbers of reception and hotel facilities on hand. At the time we were there, it was not totally set up. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous time. We will be back.

The hotel was very creative and decorative. They had very clean and modern bedrooms with amenities. The pools were clean and they didn’t blast loud music and they also provided separate towels for the room and the pool. I enjoyed the selection of drinks they had on the rooftop and the service was quick. The staff were kind and helped with all of our needs. The internet was fast in the rooms and you wouldn’t need a password. The parking was private and you’d be able to find a place no matter the time.

Staff was super friendly, especially the guy at the reception with glasses (sorry I forgot the name🥲)! He was so polite and let us use hotel’s facilities even if we were early to check-in. The restaurant’s food was delicious, rooms were spotless and were beautiful and cozy. Parking was free and safe, we loved it and we will be coming back next year!

There were some works / developments undergoing when we went but it wasn’t like much noise or anything.

Great location just outside the busy centrum of Tirana, a car is a musthave! Modern and pretty decorated rooms and this amazing pool with view is great on the warm days when your done sightseeing in Tirana and you wan’t to relax. We had plenty of parking space (free). We also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, the food was great. The location of the hotel is in a closed residential called Kodra e Diellit, they where still busy working, but that didn’t give any trouble or inconvenience.

The only thing we didn’t like was the area for breakfast. No windows, everything black, as soon as you finished your breakfast you don’t wanna stay in there for a minute longer. The food they offer for breakfast for such a place is a bit boring and we missed a little bit the traditional Albanian food like Petulla! We just expected more.

Spectacular rooftop pool w amazing city views & relaxing poolside vibe. Delicious rooftop restaurant specialising in Sushi / Japanese food. All staff at both hotel & restaurant are welcoming, helpful & friendly. Rooms are smaller sized, not helped by dark palette but modern, well fitted out, comfortable & clean. Even if you don't stay here, highly recommend a visit to the restaurant for good, service & views, many locals also visit for special occasions. Wide variety of foods for breakfast, included.

You need a car to stay here & parking is limited due to construction currently extend the hotel. The hillside location means a 20 minute drive back to Tirana centeal city. Not easy to find, top tip: go thru the ticket gate, hotel staff will provide pass for ticket redemption.

We really enjoyed staying there.Everything was perfect. Breakfast time=Best time. The rooftop pool view was heavenly,especially during sunset. We will definitely come again!

The property is new and very modern, but the best is the staff especially the Ladies at the reception are welcoming and very solution oriented. Facilities are amazing there are some parts under construction but doesnt disturb your view.
