If you’re taking the bus to or from Tirana, it doesn’t get much more convenient than staying at this hotel — just walk out the front door and you’re at the bus station! AND you’re in the midst of a huge shopping mall with a very large supermarket. Clean quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice covers and good pillows. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Very nice breakfast. Easy check-in and good communication via WhatsApp before and during our stay. The staff at reception was super — Julia, Malvina & Redjana all did a great job. Julia in particular was extraordinarily kind and helpful — thank you again, Julia!

Open shower totally swamped the bathroom floor with water. Room was small with only one chair which was inconvenient for two people. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again if taking the bus and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The staff team at this hotel is A+. Always eager to help with a smile. The location is perfectly positioned above the bus terminal and adjacent to a shopping mall. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious.

Absolutely nothing to do with the hotel in this but (as an Asian myself), I found it disconcerting that for 4 straight days some extremely loud East Asian tour groups would disregard basic etiquettes about loudly talking and laughing in the corridors and at the breakfast tables making it very uncomfortable for everyone. I was more embarassed and harassed for the staff than myself.

Location: It was roughly 28 minutes drive from the airport. That suited me as my flight arrived late. The hotel itself is close to most things I needed. The bus terminal was downstairs, taxi rank was next to it. There were shops, restaurants and coffee shops all nearby. Staff: The staff team was amazing. Xhuli, the lady who checked me in, went above and beyond to ensure I had the most comfortable experience. Malvina, who is part of the management, agreed for me to check out at 3pm, due to the time of my outbound flight. And there were Redjana, Mariol and Bernard who were all wonderful. They'd get up on their feet to acknowledge every guest who approached the reception desk. I cannot fault the staff team on anything at all. Special mention to the cleaning ladies as well. Facilities: The hotel itself is clean, absolutely immaculate. Pictures don't do it justice. The rooms look smaller in pictures but they are actually of a decent size. There was adequate storage, working shower, clean toilet and good lighting. I didn't have the adapter because of my UK plug, but Xhuli provided me with two.

My experience was great, I liked the hotel and the rooms. The location is excellent, very close to the biggest mall in Tirana, there are outdoor seating, a cafe, and a free children's play area attached to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, suitable for children as well. The staff were very nice and attentive to the smallest details. They helped me with everything. I highly recommend visiting it, and the price for the services is excellent compared to other hotels. I have moved between more than one hotel, but I liked this hotel in all the details.

The Metro hotel is simply brilliant. We stayed here for one night as it is right next to the coach station making it ideal if you are up early the next day for your coach. On arrival the staff member who greeted us made us feel warm and welcome. The room is to a very high standard and we could not be happier with it. A free breakfast is also included in the price which was very good and filled us up ready for our long coach ride. If you stay here and intend to visit the city it might be a little far out but for our needs it was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Didn't bother us but might be too far out from the city for some people if they are using it as a base to see Tirana.

The hotel is modern, with 24/7 reception desk. It’s located above a bus station, so it’s very easy to get a bus to the centre. Both the bus station and the cafe/ restaurant next to the entrance add the value to the hotel itself without creating any noise that would be heard in the rooms. Even though it’s not in the centre, the location is convenient and getting to the centre is easy and cheap (a single bus ticket costs the equivalent of €0.40 and the journey takes about 15 minutes). There are also some shops around so everything one may need is on the doorstep. The cleanliness is 10/10! The staff were phenomenal- always ready to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and happy. They are the real asset to this place.

I can’t really find anything. Maybe if I wanted to be really picky, I would say that the rooms are a bit too „sterile” with the combination of white and marble… but it’s not really an issue and I guess it’s down to personal preferences.

The hotel and staff was super amazing, location has many things you’ll want, it’s close to shopping mall and bus terminal with taxis outside. The room was very spacious with comfy bed, and clean toiletries. I love how understanding the staff were and their unwavering support to make my stay a remarkable one. I was assisted to sort out taxi payment issues and checking out to meet my needs I definitely recommend this Hotel!!!

I’d say they should check out the Netflix/prime account on the TV as the account on there wasn’t working so I couldn’t watch some movies.

I had a really great stay at Metro Hotel Terminal in Tirana. The location was super convenient, and having a parking space made things so much easier. The whole place was very clean, including the room and bathroom, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, it made the experience feel even better. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room was a bit smaller than I expected but it wasn’t a big issue since everything else was great.

The room was modern and very clean. The hotel itself could not possibly have been more conveniently located, it is literally attached to the bus station and there is everything you could need there, kind of like a mini shopping mall. We were from hotel door to bus in 2 minutes. A special mention to the young receptionist girl with short, dark hair who was incredible! She was so kind and friendly, constantly checking that we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make sure we had a packed breakfast to go before our 6am bus, which she prepared specially for us fresh that morning.

For me it was your staff, you were so great, helpfull, and kind, You helped me with breakfast at 4 AM! You were amazing when we needed to park the car! ALL of you were very very kind to us, Even the woman who was cleaning our room was nice! All the trouble made by the security off the mall, and you helped us, The last collegue, told me we could whastapp you ANYTIME even if we were not in Albania anymore, if we had ANY cuestions, we could call you. I absolutly love your staf! The room and hotel were amazing too, The room was with enough space, was clean, and the bed was GREAT! The location was everything! The mall next door was the best option we had, I spend almost 4 days in albania, and so how many hotels there were in the Whole country, We went from Gjirokaster to Shkoder and all the way up in the snow, Every night we came back to Tirana.. And i am glad we did! I am glad we had the chance to stay with you! I think we could not have chosen better. I think the hotel manager is very lucky with such a great staff!
