The Hotel in general is beautiful and well located at Sarande promenade. Staff especially Imena and all team members were very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was okay, I am sure there a room for improvement. Location of hotel, café and beach were amazing. Food at the café & restaurant was amazing, loved cocktails too. Much better food then outside. We had a technical issue that caused lot of inconvenience but the team handled well within their limitations. Overall a lovely place in Sarande.

Technical issue could have been sorted prior to room allocation had it been proactively escalated but I don't want to be harsh, it was full tourist season and team had difficulty getting right person to fix it. But still handled well. No drinking water in the room, we had to buy our own water. Very surprising. We were not informed at reception or else we would have made arrangement. One small bottle to start with will be good gesture to eliminate inconvenience. Again this issue is not hotel specific, I learnt that the local businesses don't get much help from local government with water, rubbish and basic utilities. May be hotel can be forth coming to let the guests know of some basics at the point of check-in.

The room was very clean and the facility was generally clean. The location is 10 minutes walking distance to the center. I slept soundly and without any problems at night. Most importantly, the receptionist Imena. She is always smiling and helpful. It gives confidence that she is there to make the guests feel comfortable and at home. I can go again just for that ❤️

The beach bar needs experienced staff. You have to get up from your sunbed and find staff to order drinks or food. They need to be more attentive to the customers, not by phone.

- First of all, I’d like to give my greatest thanks to this lady at the reception who upgraded us to a bigger room with an amazing sea view! - Really good air conditioning in the room. - helpful staff! - Ok breakfast with some varieties. - Great wifi! And u could still be connected by the beach - good sun lounger - Huge balcony and u could just sit there and enjoy the view. - Good value for the money. - Not that far from the center. Walk takes only 10-12 minutes. - Market, tour agencies, bars and restaurants near the hotel.

- There is only one elevator and it is pretty slow. This can be an inconvenience. These are just some minor things that could be improved: - it would be nice if there was a trash can in the room instead of one trash can in the bathroom - a small soap dish would be nice to have so that it can stay in one place

Loved the location, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast table has a variety and there was enough to go round. My room could see a bit of the sea which was very good! The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets changed

Nothing it was perfect

Staff was so pleasant and helpful! The first night we arrived tired after a long drive and they were very nice to bring food to the room even though it’s not the policy to eat in the rooms. Moreover, when we had to print tickets for the ferry, they helped us. Always smiling and friendly! Made our stay memorable 😊 Additionally, the apartment was exceptionally clean and towels were changed every day. I loved that we had the private beach and each room had assigned two sun beds and an umbrella that was included in the price! Great advantage considering the beaches around were packed. Lastly breakfast was tasty and you could order food and drinks on the beach.

In the evenings there wasn’t any hot water left. I assume everyone used it after being at the beach all day. That was understandable.

Great location, just a bit away from all the buzz of the tourist strip, close enough to all amenities and services. Amazing view of the Ionian sea and Corfu. Breakfast is freshly cooked every day from local ingredients. Even in low season, in January. We stayed in the 5th floor apartment which is just perfect for families, as well as for couples. The owner is present during breakfast serving you freshly squeezed orange juice.

The owner and the staff of this hotel are great and always ready to assist. Breakfast buffet was very good, tasty and plentiful. The beach in front of the hotel was very convenient.

Paid parking, however further from the hotel and the parking is not covered, so the car was left in the heat. The two front rows of sun loungers were with payment, and I have never experienced this before in Saranda in many many years that I visit this place.

Really excellent location, a manageable walk from the port/strip. The beach there with included sunbeds was perfect. The staff were really nice and they have a great included breakfast with lots of variety. Lots of food options nearby and good wifi

The toilet wasn’t working and we kept asking for them to fix it but they never did. The shower temperature control was very bad

The penthouse was beautiful! We had an amazing view and the hotel is right at the beach. The hotel is close to the port where we came from (13 min) so great location with lots of restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful as well.

Sometimes we didn’t have hot water if you shower during ‘peak’ hours but most of the time we had hot water. Also the entrance is not very accessible for people with mobility problems like my parents and for people with babies and strollers.

They have parking but they charge you extra for it, 5 eur per day.
