I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is run by a lovely and welcoming family who made me feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Saranda, close to everything, with beautiful views from the property. The staff were always helpful and kind, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the breakfast something different and delicious every morning.l

This hotel is very nice , a water front property with gorgeous views of Saranda bay. The atmosphere is very nice and modern with finishes and amenities that are new and high end. Stayed at this hotel as it is positioned right at the center from where you can walk anywhere in town. Everything is clean and the bed sheets smell like laundry. Room cleaned and towels changed everyday which makes the room impeccably clean. Breakfast served fresh and a cup of coffee at the balcony overlooking the promenade along the shore makes the stay here unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel. And we'd like to come back here if we visit Saranda again in the future.

Everything is perfect.

I chose this hotel mainly because it was so close to the port, bus station and sea front. The rooms have recently been completely refurbished and feel very fresh and modern. The rooms facing the sea have a nice balcony with a good view of the harbour, and - being set back about 10 metres - are not noisy. Staff have limited English, but were keen to help.

While the rooms have been refurbished, the downstairs (reception, entrance, breakfast room) hasn’t been, so feels rather dated. More an observation than a criticism. The main issue for me was the shower, both because there was no curtain so the bathroom became soaking wet, and because you had to run it for so long to get any kind of hot water, and when it came it was sometimes hot, sometimes tepid. Very inconsistent.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Hotel Real. The room was nice and clean and we had no issues. The mattress was comfortable. And everything in the room worked properly. The location is fantastic. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the public beach. The views from the balcony were amazing looking out onto the ocean. Many great restaurants, just a short walk away. The best part about our entire stay were the kind owners/staff! Providing us with a delicious breakfast and always were able to assist us with anything we needed.

If you are coming to Sarandë, definitely do not hesitate to stay in Hotel Real!🥰 We had a great stay here! The room was lovely with a big balcony and gorgeous views of the promenade & sea! It was spacious & cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was very nice as well; varied every day & loads given. The location is perfect; right on the main promenade. The hosts & staff were lovely & so accommodating!🥰 The value for money is wonderful. We will miss it!!

Great little hotel, very central location, next to main promende and 5 min walk from port. Get a seaview room - and you will be amazed how beautiful Sarande laguna looks day and night. Spotless rooms, good size bed and bathroom. Basic breakfast, note there are not much choices, and they will give you standard meal if you will not request something special. There are no self service during breakfast - they will serve you at the table. Note as well, there is no lift in the building, so climbing to 4th floor if you're not fit - could be a challenge or ask a room on lower floors.

I stayed here over 10 years ago and how the rooms, corridors/stairs have been transformed is really excellent. Everything seems very new. Steps away from seafront and main promenade, sea views, marbled walls to bathroom, good rainfall shower with useful shelf for toiletries. Air-conditioning was good. Good quality towels. Nice little balcony facing the sea. Very clean. Comfy beds (triple). Excellent breakfast included in price. Friendly family running the hotel. Lots of very good restaurants nearby. Hotel is easy to find from where bus terminates in Saranda. The stone/tiles mean that noises travel but it's a balance between that and how lovely the tiles are. Didn't use the flat panel TV but if we had, would have been better if it could swivel towards the bed. Would very happily stay here again and for longer.

Maybe fixed rugs in corridors to dampen noises of folk walking. Rainfall shower was lovely but a hand attachment would be good

Best value for the money in Saranda. The host is extremely generous, the hotel is very clean and in the best part of town. A good breakfast every morning is an additional bonus. If available get a balcony room overlooking the Ionian sea. There is no elevator, so the higher the room, more the steps to an absolutely magnificent view.

The hotel is very well located. Walking distance from the port. The beach, main promenade, bus stop, market - everything is close. The room was clean and comfy. The owner and his family are lovely

It was a bit loud in the evenings (I guess from the rooftop bar in the next building), but I was still able to sleep ;) It's not an issue, but it's better to be aware
