It couldn’t be in a better location, it’s right on the walkway with numerous restaurants and bars and little shops. Comfortable, basic, ok breakfast

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful, the cleaners and the lady at breakfast, all worked hard in making the hotel a pleasant and relaxing stay, When we arrived I asked for chairs to sit out on the balcony, and 2 arrived almost immediately, they also brought up a brand new airer as they noticed that the other one had broken. We also had an issue with the aircon and maintenance came up to fix it again, almost immediately. We had a sea view room, and watched the fishermen coming and going, we had a safe and fridge in the room, room was quite spacious. Breakfast was sufficient, eggs. cold hams and cheese, pastries and bread etc. The hotel is in a very convenient spot from the port to walk to, nearby restaurants and bars and to catch the bus to Ksamil. There were also money exchanges on the street behind.

The only comment I would make is that we were out of season (April) and the breakfast tables were not outside yet. So at times, we had a cramped experience with other guests, as we were all crammed into the small breakfast room. We had to 'eat and go' to make room for other guests rather than take our time.

The hotel has a fantastic sea view, both from the room balcony as well as from the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is very good and it is served on the rooftop so you can enjoy the beautiful views while eating. The ferry port to Corfu is within a short walk and bus stops to Ksamil and Himare are right around the corner. All staff members are very friendly and welcoming!

Wifi was quite limited - it seemed to work in the common spaces, but inside the room the signal was very weak. There is some noise from the boats and bars on the sea-side - if you prefer a quieter room over sea views, you should go for the non-sea view rooms.

Location was great. Front row at the harbour. An easy walk to restaurants etc and also to the bus to Butrint and Gjirokaster. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have just taken a lease on this property and working to make it a success. We paid the extra for the room with a large balcony . It was worth it!

The actual room is not large and basically equipped. Please add tea and coffee making, glasses, towel rail in bathroom and somewhere to hang clothes. Breakfast was basic but local standard.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The suite was spacious with a private terrace and comfortable lounge seating overlooking the tree lined pedestrian promenade and marina. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and the view was fabulous. A perfect location with a great selection of restaurants and bars nearby. (We would recommend Limani for drinks, lunch or dinner-the Tre Leche cake is divine. Also Guma Bar restaurant- the Elbasan Yoghurt casserole with lamb was delicious and uniquely Albanian.) From our terrace we enjoyed watching the local fishermen sell their catch of the day. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen and rainwater shower in the bathroom.

Our stay would have been made even better with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also an English channel on the television would have been appreciated.

The location could not have been better. . Views were amazing. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good value for money and I would recommend staying here.

We read some bad reviews regarding some of the breakfast items not been correctly kept, temperature wise. For this reason we didn't try breakfast but instead we are out. I couldn't clarify if breakfast was good or bad as we didn't want to risk being ill on holiday. I read these reviews prior to booking but still booked as the location of the hotel with the views is what I booked for.

This hotel is perfect! The staff the room the breakfast everything… the room was very clean with the best sea view ever. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Reastaurants bars clubs are 2 min away from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel! We will come back again here!

We had the best room in the hotel, called Suite. It has beautiful view to the marina, and has a nice terrace with seating. Lobby is very chic and nicely decorated, aswell the rooftop restaurant with bar have beatifull view. Breakfast was tasty and rich. The hotel has reserved spaces for parking for their guests and they offer valet parking

The room is a little bit noisy because it is just behind the reception, so you can hear the receptionist talking, or hearing music, or you can hear guests walking by. Also there is noise from the pedestrian zone until 2am because of bars and restaurants on the street.

The location, the hospitality, hygiene and the ocean view were great.

The breakfast was ok, but not not very special.

The hotel is halfway along the promenade, overlooking a small port with public beaches on either side. The hotel is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes/bars which are quite noisy in the evening but did not disturb us at night as the windows are double glazed. Our room was a ‘Superior Queen’ (room 207) with plenty of room for our 6 night stay. The bathroom is modern and wi-fi is very good. It also has a large comfortable balcony with good seating and a wonderful view looking across the bay to Corfu. Breakfast was very good with fried eggs, boiled eggs or omelette; cold meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries etc. The highlight, however was being able to enjoy our breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace. The staff we met , Danny and Olga , were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

There was no safe in our room but we were able to use the hotel safe free of charge. As we stayed for 6 nights it would have been better if there had been a wardrobe in the room for hanging up our clothes. There was a good cupboard with a few hangars but it was not high enough to hang anything.
