I chose Hotel Veli because it is close to the bus stop, easy to find, even late at night when I arrived, and they have a lift. The staff were awaiting my arrival though I was quite a bit later than expected. The location is good in order to find everything in Saranda. They have free maps of the town. Though the bed was quite firm I slept well despite heaps of light streaming in through the big picture window all night. And although the shower water soaked the floor due to no curtain, it was dry by next morning. Anyway I'd rather nothing than a shower curtain!

An electric kettle would be nice, but I found the cosy Irish Pub on the promenade had delish decaf cappuccinos and a yummy ginger and chili chai tea. And more toilet paper please.

Thank you to the girls working at the reception in the morning, they were very interested and did their best to help me with everything. The room is clean and price benefit balanced. In a central location this is very good. The only problem is that the receptioninst man working at night tried to collect the money for the water I had paid for the morning and we could not agree because he did not speak the language. Overall it was nice thank you

The location is perfect, right near to the bus stop. Very beautiful hotel, very traditional feeling. The staff were very friendly and Leo couldn't do enough for us, such a brilliant experience. The food was amazing, when we come back to sarande we will stay here again

Everything was great and perfect! The hotel is in very good location, everything is really close. bust stop around 1 min walk, supermarkets, bakeries, fast foods are everywhere around the hotel. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff (Leo, her girlfriend, and Leo’s father) are very nice and helpful people. They speak Albanian, English, Greek and Ukrainian. The cleaning ladies are also very nice people and they do their job perfectly. Spent here 12 nights, and the only problem was that: I had to come home! :) Very big thank you for this hotel and I will come back to here for sure. Faleminderit sum, efharisto poli!

Location is Perfect very close to port and all buses, breakfast was good, room was clean

Very hard bed and pillows, no any chair and table at the balcony, very small room, good i came for summer so i just slept there otherwise there is no space to move, Light in the room was too dark, i felt like in the basement , hotel should change it or clean it no idea what is the problem but it's too dark inside with lamp.

Location, clean, friendly stuff, we had some problems with water and they solve it fast. Also they changed our dates of course with fee bcz other dates, so we are grateful :)

Cold breakfast and shower without glass, water everywhere, fridge was making some weird noise too loud we just turned it off 😅

Amazing location, very easy to walk everywhere, minimart nearby and beach so close. In back streets so quiet and away from night life. Felt safe and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, back a few streets so more peaceful. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, good shower. Lovely breakfast buffet which is included. Also a cute restaurant with traditional food.

The music in the restaurant was way too loud and disturbing! everyone was shouting over each other at the tables, was chaotic and stressful.

The staff were very family orientated with a major focus on positive guest experience. They were nothing but friendly and helpful. I fractured my foot during my stay and they were nothing but accommodating to my needs as someone on crutches.

That I had to leave on poor circumstances as I’d fractured my foot .
