Spacious room

If you pay this much for a hotel, you have high expectations. The room wasn't clean. The views look better on the pictures than in reality. Overall, it was a good stay, but that's it

Firstly I have to mention the staff.... really lovely people, specifically, Arber, Melina and Roza who all helped in their own specific ways during our stay. Thank you. Absolute credits to this hotel and valuable assets. Arber helped with our payment issue as I has left the card at home and he arranged with the owner to debit my card without it being present together with my signed confirmation, what a huge relief. Also responded to our request for milk, water and creamer. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Melina showed genuine concern about my welfare when we had a scooter accident. I landed on my my back and could hardly walk when I returned to the hotel. Melina asked how I was every day, her interest in my wellbeing was totally sincere and she even messaged to ask after me when we returned home. Thank you. Roza went out of her way to provide me with a breakfast that I fancied for my partner to take back to our room. Going to the kitchen to find a honey dew melon, pastries and a dish of Nutella. Thank you. The hotel is spotless with very modern facilities and very soundproof rooms, we did not hear our neighbours, even the doors to the rooms are soft close. Bed is large and very comfortable. Sheets and towels changed on a daily basis and whatever they use to launder them smells nice. It also only has about 26 rooms so quite exclusive. Our room overlooked the harbour so a good view from the balcony, lots of activity on the water and there was even a helicopter that landed outside one day... don't think it was celebrity status though. Location is good as it's away from the main activities on the front but within easy access to all the restaurants and main town. Parking is on site on ground floor level, quite a steep decent/accent and only room for one car at a time so be aware when entering or exiting.

I can't add much to this however, some weeny pointers... my partner would have liked some bacon at breakfast, a couple of hooks on the bathroom door for robes would be good and hooks for towels. The only hooks in the bathroom are at the end of the shower. Also, unless you angle the shower head toward the wall it overspills onto the floor and we had to use a towel to soak up the excess water. Would be good if you could negotiate an exclusive beach price with Africa! No English tv but we did watch a lot of Mr Bean on UTtube! These comments and observations did in no way compromise our stay, just a bit of feedback.

Super modern hotel located beside the port. Lovely staff and a large comfortable room. Nice breakfast too.

We stayed at Yacht Premium Hotel as a group and booked three rooms, all of which exceeded our expectations. Each room was beautifully designed—modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: a short walk to the heart of Sarandë’s promenade, restaurants, and beaches, yet just far enough from the bustle to enjoy quiet evenings and restful sleep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This hotel struck the perfect balance between style, comfort, and hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarandë!

Everything was great

Very comfortable room and great views from the balcony. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay and happy to offer recommendations. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet.

Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to use the air conditioning as it had been switched off for the winter, this was a shame as our room was uncomfortably hot and meant we had to keep the balcony door open which resulted in being awoken throughout the night due to noise.

Everything starting from its location to its cleanliness and the wounderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tea at the reception was of a great help for us as a first time visitor and gave us all the directions. The staff at the breakfast are as well so nice and friendly, Irini, Sofia and Skerdi and the others even. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance from the boulevard and all the restaurants, shops, market. There are even many car rental shops next to it, we rented a car from the car rental shop facing the hotel and with a free parking at the hotel this was very convenient. Thanks for everyone

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, away from the noise of town (which is very noisy) but only a few mins walk in. Good for getting the boat to Korfu which we did for the day. We had a stunning sea view and in incredible balcony. With the hotel you also have access to a lovely beach which is a few mins walk. The room was very tastefully designed and had coffee and tea facilities. The also offer massages and I had the best sports massage! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful

It was perfect

Beautiful views of the sea, large modern rooms, and a fantastic breakfast included. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and appreciated the convenience of the location to the port and a wide variety of restaurants.

We did experience an issue wherein we did not receive an oceanfront room that we had booked for one member of our party — her balcony overlooked the street, which was not nearly as nice as our other rooms. Apparently there was some kind of system issue, which hopefully has been corrected. To his credit, the manager on duty was very apologetic and refunded the difference in price between the two rooms.

The staff were welcoming and friendly both at reception and breakfast The room was clean and we had a lovely view from our balcony to the sea. Beds were comfy and room was turned down each day Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection to choose from Fantastic parking facilities ... actually underground car park which was great I had a massage treatment and it was phenomenal... Best I've had

Not really anything to complain about... After turn down service it would have been nice to get another bottle of water but other than that not much to complain about

The check-in lady offered us to cancel the reservation and save 3% if we paid with cash. We opted to keep the reservation and use our credit card via Booking.com. We were able to request a room change that was further away from the construction and had a view of the harbor. The one (of three) mornings that they did breakfast a la carte was far superior to the buffet style the other two mornings. You could get down to the water and swim at the beach by walking around and past the "African" Bar. No direct beach access from hotel.

Due to it being "shoulder-season", the restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Further, there was a significant amount of construction on the premises: jack-hammers on three sides of the hotel that operated from 7:30 in the morning until 6:30 in the evening. We understand that things must be done to improve the infrastructure, but, notice ahead of time would have been appreciated. The hotel is abut to the main pier and port where cruise ships and ferries dock. This can be noisy and have a lot of taxi and pedestrian traffic at high seasons.
