Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were very clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast, served at a nearby restaurant, was delicious and a great start to the day. This hotel definitely deserves a 10/10 rating for its excellent service and amenities.

We had an amazing 14 days in Sarande staying at the Heiress. - The room was a decent size and had everything we needed, even a stocked minibar and toiletries etc… Everything felt quite new and it was tastefully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Clean and tidy. - The staff were great, always on hand to help, provide recommendations, and are incredibly friendly. The Nepalese lady (We didn’t get her name) is such a hard worker and so friendly, she is a real asset to the hotel. - The breakfast was great. It was 2 min walk down the road to the restaurant. We loved it and got to know the staff there really well. - Location can’t really be beaten, a mere stroll to the promenade and all of the restaurants and bars. Overall a really nice boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Sarande.

- Parking. While it’s free, it was sometimes a nightmare to get a space. The guy from the shop next door is a lifesaver and helps to manage the cars parked there. - There were some other guests who were regularly having a domestic and shouting down the halls of the place while we were there which dampened the vibe. Obviously the likelihood of this happening in the future is probably slim.

The staff working in the reception called Katarina and Sandy were amazing and hosted us so well. Definitely coming back.

Honestly, nothing

The hotel is extremely new, modern and quite luxurious. Exactly as pictures, it was much better than expected with its comfy bed and clean bathrooms. It’s very quiet even though based right by the main street. The location is great very in the city centre, 3min walking from the beach and nightlife, and about 30min by car from Ksamil and other famous beaches. Parking is free with designated space for guests only. The lady from reception as well as the staff from the breakfast were super lovely and friendly, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help. For breakfast you have to walk 2min to a close by restaurant, which did not bother us. The food options were great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we loved our stay.

Nice location within easy walking distance from both the seafront, beaches, promenade and Sarande bus station... Spacious, clean and well-equipped room...

Was expecting seafront views with my room reservation, but the room I was given was on a lower floor (but this was apparently not the fault of the hotel - something went wrong with the room reserved by Booking.com)

My room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel was very quiet. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you have any questions. It's in a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants, and central to any activities you may want to do. It's also extremely close walking distance to the bus stops if you are traveling by bus to other cities.

We stayed just 1 night. Property is at excellent location, just minutes of walk from the beach and restaurants. Room was very clean.

Not only at this property, but in general, payment with credit cards is not a possibility in Albania. However, payment in Eur is acceptable.

What did we like: • Perfect location nearby many restaurants and the bus station. • The beds were perfect. • The shower was perfect • everything was very clean • our hostess was very friendly

The wifi connection was a little bad.

Everything was great! Supper cleane room and hotel, friendly and communicative staff, great location 10 minutes walk to the beach and Katerina gave me some very helpful suggestions of beach to visit and l had silence abd relaxing stay
