This is a beautiful hotel and it’s well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. We booked on a bed & breakfast basis so only ate at the on-site restaurants a couple of times. The food was ok but we had better at restaurants not far from the hotel. Nothing is close enough to walk to but taxis’ are easily arranged. There are plenty of places to relax during the day and plenty of beach towels and sun-beds available in multiple locations. The beach isn’t huge but it’s very clean. Everyone working here goes out of their way to make sure you have a good stay and a special thank you to Nicole who got us organised with reservations and trips. She is exceptional.

Being super picky: This isn’t a cheap hotel and this is especially noticeable if you don’t go all inclusive. With the exception of breakfast, we didn’t feel the food quality matched the prices charged, especially when benchmarked against restaurants outside of the hotel. There are always people who will put towels on sun loungers and then not use them and I know this is a tricky one. We did see towels and hats and even flip flops left out overnight on the beach though and they were still there the whole of the next day. A system to remove these items to lost properly would be helpful. More mirrors in the room. We had one huge one in the bathroom and nothing in the rest of the suite. This made drying hair especially difficult because the bathroom was full of steam from showers.

Enjoyed the "small, luxury resort" experience and the variety of restaurant/food offerings. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach was just right (safe but fun!) for my young grandchildren.

I would have preferred a daily class in either yoga or Pilates indoors. There was only one of each during our stay, and they were outdoors and one was when we needed to checkout and the other at dinner time.

The grounds are beautiful and the beach is well kept! It’s clean and employees are friendly. While we were in Antigua we visited Darkwood Beach, which has the clearest water really good for snorkeling, Jolly Harbor Beach is also nice. Pigeon Point Beach (PPB) is nice has a lot of trees for shade and you see a lot of boats PPB is located at the English Harbor! You must visit English Harbor, on Sundays they have a food venders and music at Shirley Heights where people go to watch the sunset, the views are breathtaking.

The house keeping lady was pretty pushy she didn’t like when the kids slept past 8am, we came from Arizona which is 3hrs behind! Even on the checkout day, she came at 8am and kept asking what time we will be out she was really annoying.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Blue Waters Resort in Antigua, it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we set foot on this tropical paradise, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the unparalleled level of hospitality. Nestled along the pristine shores of the Caribbean Sea, Blue Waters Resort is a haven of tranquility. The resort's stunning private beach, with its powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, truly had us breathless. Whether we were lounging under a swaying palm tree, taking a dip in the refreshing ocean, or simply strolling along the shore, every moment we spent on the beach felt like a blissful escape from reality. The resort itself is a testament to luxury and elegance. The architecture and design seamlessly blend traditional Caribbean charm with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms and suites are tastefully decorated, with great air conditioning, our apartment offered breathtaking views of both the ocean or the lush tropical gardens. The accommodation is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a comfortable stay. What truly sets Blue Waters Resort apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing cocktail and genuine hospitality. The staff members went above and beyond to cater for our every need, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel like VIP guests. The dining experience at Blue Waters Resort is a culinary delight. The resort boasts a variety of restaurants, each offering a unique menu and ambience. From fine dining with a Caribbean twist to casual beachside eateries, there was a dining option to suit every mood and palate.

the property is perfect, I cannot make any negative comments.

Our room was great ocean view - staff kept it clean and well stocked. Only negative was the bed wasn't great was too soft. We didn't do all inclusive and the price for food was a lot for the amount/ quality but most of it was good just expensive we did spend less not going all inclusive then if we had. Location was great close to airport and a beautiful beach. We went during summer - a down time so had lots of space and quiet beach to ourselves at times - we loved it

Bed was not good - too soft had a backache from it

The gardens are stunning, and it's a delight to walk around in the resort. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh choices. Lovely staff and very good service overall.

There wasn't much we didn't like. The only thing to comment on is that the private pool by the suite villas is in the shade late afternoon.

Overall it was incredible. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The grounds are stunning. Rooms were lovely, especially top floor. Food was good. Spa treatments excellent. Beautiful beach. While on holiday, our son had broken his arm and the staff were incredible and super responsive, organised a trip to the emergency room for us. Cannot thank them enough for all the support and assistance! would definitely recommend for a family trip.

Not much to add on the negative side, these are minor points. The sea was wavy most of the time we were there. Also kids room /club was great, but only for 5 years plus.

The Breakfast was delicious, the staff was over the top friendly. I liked that they had 3 different resteraunts on property. It was a wonderful time.

My sliding glass door in my room was difficult to open and close. this was not a big problem, it is the only thing negative i can think of.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The resort was beautiful but the staff was the differentiating factor. Every staff member from the restaurant to the front desk was extremely professional and took the extra effort to make sure my group was being taken care of. Highly recommend Blue Waters resort for anyone looking to enjoy paradise, good food, and amazing service.

Nothing, our stay here was as good as it gets.
