3 time back! Very comfy bed, big TV and full flow show head :-)

Ready, clean and heater on for us. Friendly staff. Great communication from management about how to get into our room without having to go to office as we had pre-paid for our stay.

Car parks not assigned to actual rooms - more a free for all when selecting a carpark spot. When we returned to our room late Thursday night another car had parked outside our room and was still there in the morning, meaning we had to walk further in the rain load our belongings into our car before we departed.

Everything, there isn't one thing that myself and my partner would critique about this place. The rooms are kept extremely clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to stay:)

Have stayed here a couple of times rooms nice & big pretty basic Both times same room with a horrible smell must be in carpet next time I will be asking for another room to see if it smells the same such a pity otherwise quite good I mentioned the smell last time I stayed here but obviously they didn't do anything Don't stay in room 20 not sure of other rooms😳

Pizza was delicious. Super comfy bed. Speedy check in with great communication and local information. Pool was warm. Great to speak with the owners, sounds like they have made some huge changes since Covid and have some great ideas and plans. Look forward to coming back again!

Bed was comfortable Biscuits with tea and coffee was appreciated Dispensers in the bathroom and shower were handy

One overhead bedside light wasn't working No side table on one side of the bed was an absolute pain... had to put a chair there to have something to put my coffee mug or glass on

The owner was so helpful. He allowed us an early check in after we had fled a cockroach infested motel in West wyalong at 4am. We arrived at Barham around 10.30am and were so tired. After telling the owner he graciously let us check in earlier so we could sleep. The room was so clean it was a fantastic motel and we WILL be back and highly recommend it! Thanks so much again you saved two exhausted stressed middle aged women.

Friendly management, great room size, complimentary guest laundry, quiet room, great value, reasonable walking distance to town centre.

Only a double bed and not quite firm enough. Corner position is quieter but lacks a lot of natural light.

Rooms very spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great get away with the kids, sitting by the pool. Easy walk into town for dinner. Facilities very clean and comfortable bed. Had the best stay and staff are so kind and up for a chat. Thankyou
