Friendly owner who welcomed us with a smile, lovely after a long day. Small gesture that’s appreciated as there’s nothing worse then turning up tired and being greeted with arrogance. Lovely pool which is a hit with our family, kept absolutely sparkling clean and a super fun twirly slide. Pool towels offered. Safe and secure, gate locked at 9.30pm. Excellent shower pressure. Very reasonable pricing which we appreciate on a budget.

I personally dislike shower curtains but that’s just the nature of the older bathroom. It was all clean.

During my family's relocation from Bathurst to Queensland, we stayed at the Goondiwindi Motel. My child has dust allergies, so we usually bring our own bedding; however, the motel room's exceptional cleanliness rendered this unnecessary. The restrooms were similarly immaculate. Moreover, I commend the motel's proactive communication in rectifying my Booking.com reservation, which contained an incorrect date. They promptly contacted me to confirm the booking and seamlessly accommodated a same-day date change without charging additional fees. Thank you for providing a restful night's sleep.

Nice enough room and comfy bed. Good space. Stayed for a few nights but it was winter so we didn't use the pool, although it looked nice. Secure and safe. No actual table but the window bench was enough space for eating and window gave more light too. Bathroom renovated and nice enough.

The restaurant was closed until further notice although we only found out when we arrived. The main bedroom light barely gave light so we used the bedside table lights instead.

A very clean, and spacious room, with secure undercover parking close to our door which made unpacking a breeze. We were offered an additional secure car parking space for our second car which we did not expect or request. When we arrived (late into the night), the heater in our room had already been turned on for us which we really appreciated - this shows that the owners are really thoughtful. Also we booked on the road and had no issues getting in or with communications with the owners. There were easy to understand signs at the entrance for after hours access. There were two TVs in our room which was unexpected but awesome. We were really pleased with our stay.

The shower curtain was a little bit short so water came out of the shower when we used it, and on to the floor. There were additional towels for clean up so that was not really an issue but worth a mention.

The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. I liked the shower as had a powerful spray. Has facilities like coffee, tea, toaster etc and ironing board. TV was ok but did not watch as really tired. Manager was really helpful and friendly. Parking was available in front of my allocated room. Common feature.

Excellent pool with slide which the kids loved. Friendly reception who welcomed us warmly and efficiently. This place is an excellent example of an older motel which has been updated well, is clean and tidy with pride obviously taken. Security well attended.

Only thing was a bit too well lit at night if you’re a light sleeper, but that also added to a sense of security.

The property is reasonably priced compared to the other motels in the area who charge more but don’t provide the same facilities. The pool area is great for a motel! Got everything you need in the room if you would like to eat your own food. Bed was super comfortable

Excellent quiet location with extra parking which suited us, as we were travelling with a trailer. Staff were friendly and communicated well, considering we were arriving at the motel after office hours. Bed was comfortable with fresh linen and facilities clean. Reasonably spacious. An excellent place to stay overnight.

Good location….clean …. friendly…. safe… price is right….even though it was fairly busy it was nice n quiet….. good place to stay….was the best value for money price in town when I was there for 3 nights…..🤙

Air-conditioning only reached half of our beds, the other room in the family suite was hot.
