Helene on reception was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Throughout our stay Helene was interested in what we were doing and asked if we were enjoying the Muster (which we loved) We had booked a Queen room and I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Although this is an older style Motel it is so clean and comfortable. Thank you to the housekeeping staf. We chatted to a few of them and all were so friendly and helpful. While it is close to the highway we didn’t have any issues with traffic noise. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if up this way. Our thanks to Helene and your amazing staff. We loved everything!

Nice comfortable unit close to the highway, but in a cul-de-sac location, handy to the town centre. Comfortable bed and newly renovated flooring, bathroom etc. Host was very friendly and informative. Parking was directly outside unit and easy access in and out.

TV was very small and hot water for shower took a long time (a couple of minutes) to come through.

Had aircon on all night for heating purposes. Was not sure if it was the aircon unit or something else that was making a humming noise on/off throughout the night. Rather annoying to fall sleep to.

The rooms are immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The grounds are well kept and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was an easy 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

There was truck noise at night but that will change soon when the Gympie bypass is opened.

The location was great and the grounds and room were clean. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave available.

Some of the single beds rolled around so if you toss and turn a lot the bed will roll with you. The staff also knocked on our door before check out and were asking when we would be leaving. We were all packed up and ready to go but we felt more rushed with their presence.

Spa bath was good after a long day and recliner chairs were comfortable. There was an indoor table and chairs as well as an outdoor setting.

Wasn't a fan of the mirror at the side of the handbasin as it was too hard to see in it to style hair without standing in the bath.

It had a very comfortable bed, very clean, reception was great to arrange late arrival.

I got woken up early about 4ish to talking outside by other travellers

Motel allowed us to arrive late and to get later checkout. Room was spotless and clean. staff were friendly and engaging. The manager (lady) was pleasant to deal with and talk to. All round, it was a pleasant overnight stay.

There was some excess ice in the freezer unit of the fridge and we did not have any milk (for tea) in the fridge until morning.

The location was perfect for my needs. Near the hospital with early check in. Highway noise was minimal. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, arrived hot and on time. Very affordable.

I wish I had time to thank someone personally at the Reception.

The rooms were no fuss and fitted our needs. The bedding was comfortable, warm and clean

The internet was at times dodgy but that could also be the surrounding area I would have liked some better facility for washing the crockery - a detergent and wipe I also felt a hand towel in the bathroom was needed and face washers. We were adulkts and could manage but as it was a family room, i think a family would have needed these. Air conditioner was a bit aged
