Wonderful little hotel. We loved our room. It was super comfy. Our room had an updated bathroom, a smart TV (with picture quality that made us realise we should probably replace our own at home). Set back off the main road in Gympie which is now significantly quieter with the Bruce Hwy bypass.( It's also across the road from Alford Park which has a lake with birds and 2.great kids playgrounds, one for littler kids.) Then hotel has a restaurant on site open most nights 6-8. We had room service, getting two of their pizzas which are 11 inches each and absolutely delicious, with very generous fillings. Slept like logs, even my 9 year old who is an early riser. We stayed one night only on our way through and would happily stay again for more nights.

We had an upstairs room which don't have their own undercover park and you park along the fence inside the hotel. It is still close to your room and the most minor of inconveniences. The room is also cheaper than the others and our rate was still excellent value for money. Also the two storey block is at the back of the property so it is nice and quiet! I would have liked some plates, and some cutlery other than a teaspoon as they do supply a toaster, Microwave and kettle, but again it was not a big deal for a one night stay.

We stayed here about 4 years ago on our way to fraser island completely unexpectedly, we just needed a bed to stop travelling for the day, the staff and food exceeded our expectations so when we went to fraser this year we actually booked here. It is an older hotel so don't expect modern rooms, but it is clean, comfortable and the staff bend over backwards for you, from what I understand, it is family run so the staffing is limited, but the food tastes great and makes you feel like you are getting a wholesome, home cooked meal made with love.

The beds were comfy. The fridge was a bit bigger than the basic bar fridge which was very useful. There was a toaster and microwave in the room. Air conditioning functioned well as it was quite hot when we stayed. Wifi worked well. Lots of bench space.

Sad that the cook was unavailable due to illness as we would have loved to try their restaurant.

Clean and accessible with restaurant facilities plus room service. Beds were comfy and location was what we needed. We only stayed one night as we were passing through and booked that same day. We also used the pet friendly rooms as we had furry family.

It suited our needs and we were happy.

Location next to the main road so didn't need to detour and plenty of room on the street for a long/high vehicle. It's what it says on the packaging, a comfortable motor inn

I got little bites (not bed bugs) on my legs and stomach. Not sure what they're from but definitely not bed bugs.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. I also liked the comfortable chair in the room to read someting alot of places dont have. Also loved that you had a resurant attached although we didnt eat there it was at good prices.

I dont really think of anything, we were only passing through but no negatives i could find.

Room was well presented ,clean and maintained and bed was comfortable all and all a great place to stay thank you.

It is not that i did not like, just something to think about i carry a sleepapnoea machine and need a power point near bed .but all good my cord reached were air con was ,just turned aicon off at night.

Easy check in and friendly staff

This is a Motel, not a Hotel, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Only thing that need mentioning is that it took us 10 minutes to find the air-conditioner remote, which was at the door, not near the air-conditioner.

Practical, spacious rooms. Plenty of space for bags, powerpoints for charging, hooks in the bathroom. Had a mini kitchen with full fridge and hot plates.

Its not in the town centre, will need to drive for 5 or so, for shopping centres.

The lady at checkout was lovely and I requested an earlier check in if possible as it was my only day off and just wanted a down day with my family and these guys made it happen for us lovely staff and nice room for a reasonable cost Thanks heaps guys! 😊
